Aoba Johsai x Male! Reader

Chapter I

"Nee M/N-chan," Seijoh's volleyball captain called towards the h/c haired male who turned with e/c eyes shining with determination and passion "What is it,Oikawa-senpai?" He asked.

"You don't have to call him your senpai,L/N. He's literally like a toddler compared to you," Iwaizumi said as he casually walked away,ignoring the protest and rants coming from the brunette.

"That's not true! M/N-chan, dont listen to him. He's just jealous you called me your senpai," Oikawa said,confidently as the younger male could only laugh nervously as he scratched his cheek "Okay...?" He answered with uncertainty.

"Anyways,I'm curious," Oikawa said,getting back to their original topic "you've played volleyball before,right?" Oikawa asked. M/N flinched slightly,wondering why the captain had asked. Maybe he wasn't good enough? Maybe what Oikawa-senpai saw when he played was a teenager just slacking off? Maybe I need to do better than before, He thought.

After noticing the little pause he made,he quickly answered "I have!" He said,rather loudly than intended,catching Oikawa in surprise. "I've played volleyball before in Junior high," he paused, backing away slightly,debating whether he should say it or not.

"But I didn't really play in matches and all that,I only played for fun," he said. That was true,he was never really interested in winning,all he ever focused on was the feel of the ball making contact with his skin. His friend did try to convince him to play as a regualr though,even his coach did but he declined. He still wonders how he's doing until now.

Oikawa hummed in understanding "so M/N-chan is the type to only live in the moment,but you weren't chosen to be a regular?" Oikawa asked,M/N only shook his head "I didn't join the volleyball team,"  he answered.

That only surprised Oikawa even more but he didn't press it. He continues to hum in amusement "so this is your first team,M/N-chan?" The said male nodded his head frantically with sparkles in his eyes as he clenched his fists "yes! And it looks really fun!"

So cute! Oikawa thought as he bit his bottom lip in attempt to suppress a manly squeal.

"That's why," M/N continued with a determined look "I won't let you down,Oikawa-senpai!" Letting out the squeal he once tried to suppress,he wrapped his arms around M/N and began to spin him around a lot "M/N-chan! You're so cute and so precious!"

"Oi,Trashy-kawa! Stop that,he looks dead!" Iwaizumi scolds as he points as the h/c haired male whose eyes had already seemed to roll around on their own sockets.

"Spinning...spinning...spinning..." M/N mumbled as Oikawa screamed "M/N-chan,are you okay?!" He shook you by the shoulders,only causing it to trigger you as you accidentally puked on his shirt. He screeched in a high-pitched voice as the rest of the team only watched with amusement at the situation before them.

"Oi,stop standing there and get a mop! Stop laughing too!" Iwaizumi told the other third-years as they strolled off with a lazy reply "Somebody check if L/N is okay!" Iwaizumi said,motioning towards the said male who tried his best to keep himself up with the support of the wall.

"And Trashy-kawa! Stop screaming like a little girl!" With Iwaizumi having everything under control,the little incident was easily fixed. Oikawa,though,was still standing while holding up the front of his shirt as tears threatened to fall from his eyes,he honestly looked like a lost puppy who didnt know what to do.

"What are you still standing there for?! Go get changed already!" Iwaizumi yelled. Oikawa only pouted "but!" He started but abruptly stopped as he stared at his shirt and sighed. M/N eventually walked up to him,reluctantly and shifted his weight from one foot to the other. It was clear that he was uncomfortable,but the apologetic look on his face said a lot.

"I'm..." M/N shut his eyes tightly as he bowed deeply "Im so sorry!"
He bellowed,surprising everyone in the gym. Iwaizumi sighed "you don't need to apologoze-" he said but was quickly interrupted as Oikawa stepped towards the male with a smirk "of course I'll accept your apology,M/N-chan,but do me a favor and help me take my shirt off,will you?" He said,hooking a finger on the younger male's chin.

At this,Iwaizumi was ready to spike a volleyball towards the brunette's head.

"I will! You probably wouldn't want to touch your shirt right now so I'll help!" M/N replied,making the brunette blush lightly at your reply. At this,the others had started making playful remarks and throwing fake disgusted looks towards their captain.

"Oikawa-san's taking advantage of the innocent," Makki whispered,though he purposely made his voice loud enough for Oikawa to hear.

"He's literally hitting on poor,little M/N-kun. Manipulating his guilt to get what he wants like that," Mattsun followed after as the others nodded in agreement.

"I can hear you! I'm right here you know!" Oikawa exclaimed "Oh forget it! I'm going to go and change!" Oikawa said as he stomped off towards the locker room. As they heard his enter the locker room,Makki and Mattsun gave M/N an OK as the younger male could only nod,not really understanding. They had successfully made their captain blush.

After that little scene,M/N turned to Iwaizumi who was picking up stray balls "Nee Iwaizumi-senpai," M/N called as Iwaizumi turned to him.

"What is it?" He asked,prepared to answer any question his kouhai had. Whether it would be about earlier,practice,or about Oikawa screaming in such a high-pitched voice that could compete with professional singers.

"Is Oikawa-senpai mad at me?" M/N asked. Iwaizumi admits, he wasn't expecting that though,but still,he answered "He's not mad," he said,knowing a lot about Oikawa,this doesn't seem to affect him much,even now that it was you "if he is,then I'll hit him,"

"Please don't hit him," M/N said,with a nervous smile.

Soon,practice was dismissed and everyone went home in either pairs or alone. The only trio walking together in the same direction was M/N,Oikawa and Iwaizumi. M/N sighed,today was really something.

"By the way,coach and I talked earlier," Oikawa suddenly said "We're going to have a practice match against Karasuno," The other males stopped walking at this and stared at their captain as he turns to them with a smirk.

"And beat my former Kouhai,Tobio's team. So be prepared," he declared.
