We walked around for a little bit trying to find a nice place to set our things down.

"You dont think anyone will take our key, do you?" Valerie asked me when we finally found a spot we all liked.

"No, just put it under our towels." I answered, sliding off my shoes.

"Wont it get wet?" She asked.

"Val, its waterproof." I answered her, shoving my shoes under my chair. She slide the key under her towel and took off her shoes.

"I'm freezing." I said.

"Lets go sit in the hot tub then." Chase replied.

"Race you guys there!" Payton yelled and we all started running as fast as we could. Payton and chase were in the lead and valerie was a few feet behind me. When I finally caught up I climbed into the hot tub. Valerie was out of breath when she got to the hot tub.

"Val, what took you so long?" Payton asked laughing at her.

"Hey, I'm out of shape." She said panting with her hands on her knees. She finally climbed in and joined us. Payton started splashing us.

"Payton you're so childish." Chase laughed.

"You say that as if you're not going to join me." Payton responded.

"I'm not." Chase said and crossed his arms over his chest. Payton splashed a bunch of water in chase's face and chase stood up and did the same. I laughed but valerie screeched and held her hands over her hair. I didn't blame her, she had finally tamed her curly red locks after 40 minutes this morning, I had to hear all about it on the car ride to the airport. I took the opportunity to splash both of the boys with one swift movement of my left arm. Chase jumped on me causing me to go under the hot water for a few seconds, you think I'd be mad but when I came back up for air i was laughing so hard i couldn't breathe.

"This. This right here. This is nice." I said smiling.

"Oh. My. God. Denise, is that chase hudson!?" A brunette girl about ten feet away asked her friend. The guys looked a little bummed out that they had been recognized, but what did they expect? There would be hundreds of girls attending playlist just for them, some of them would most likely be sleeping in the hotel. It made me feel a little sad that the boys weren't super eager to greet the girls, just this afternoon we had been those girls. Overly excited to meet chase and payton. But part of me was happy that they looked disappointed, I told myself that they were having fun with us. The girls walked up to the hot tub.

"Hey, can we please get a picture with you guys? We've been dying to meet you." Denise asked smiling flirtatiously. I felt kind of jealous, she was way prettier than I was, there was no comparison. I would have chosen her over me any day.

Chase smiled. "Yeah, of course." Him and payton climbed out and took pictures with the girls. A few times the girls looked at valerie and I and glared at us.

"Are those your girlfriends?" The first girl asked, cringing when she said the girlfriend, as if she was talking about dirty diapers.

Chase and payton looked back at us and smiled. "No, those are our friends. Skai and valerie." Chase said. We waved at them. Denise looked relieved, but the first girl wasn't buying it. She rolled her eyes and said, "K" before shooting us one last glare and walking off, denise followed quickly behind her. The boys walked up the hot tub.

"Do you guys wanna go to the lazy river? I'm getting kind of hot." Valerie said. We climbed out and walked to the lazy river (which was not anywhere close to the hot tub by the way) I was going to complain about all the walking, but then I looked around and took in the view, it was truly beautiful. Something you'd see on Instagram and think wow, those are some lucky people. If I were there I would never complain about anything ever again.

We grabbed tubes and climbed in. After one time around payton pointed out that there were 4 water slides connected to the lazy river.

"And your point is?" I said, knowing exactly what he was getting at.

"Who wants to go with me?" He asked. Chase and I looked at valerie, her face was pink.

"I think val would love to go with you." I replied never taking my eyes off of her.

"Yeah, of course I'll go with you." She answered. They got out at the nearest exit. This may sound really stupid, but I didn't realize when they left that I would be alone with chase. I felt major butterflies. He put his hands on top of each other on the tube and rested his head on his hands, looking up at me.

"You're cute." I said poking one of his cheeks.

"You're cute." He replied poking one of my cheeks.

"Just kiss her already!" A boy yelled from one of the chairs sitting next to the lazy river. He was with a girl, who I'm assuming was his girlfriend, and she slapped his arm and laughed. We just kept floating awkwardly until payton and valerie got back.

"Chase, you've gotta try the blue slide." He said out of breath. Chase looked at me.

"Wanna go?" He asked.

"Yeah, for sure." I replied, and we left valerie and payton alone in the lazy river. Chase offered to carry the tube, and even with the tube he was still at least ten steps ahead of me. By the time we reached the top I was very out of breath.

"Are you okay?" He asked and chuckled.

"I'm great." I replied holding onto the railing, still trying to get my breath back. I couldn't help but smile though.
