Hospital Trip

Richards POV
We finally made it to the hospital, and Jade was worried. But thats natiral for someone who has, or takes care of children. "Hey its gonna be okay. He'll do just fine. Their only giving him stitches." I tell her trying to calm down. But she doesnt. "Hey, hey. Shhhh. Tranquila. Come here." I say and pull her into a hug. She immediately hugged me back. "What am I gonna tell his mother." she says worried. "Tell her the truth. If she's your sister. She should know that you wouldnt let this happen on purpose." I say, she finally calms down. "Thanks Richard" she says with a smile then she kisses my cheek. I was stunned this beautiful woman just kissed me. I dont care that it wasnt on the lips. She kissed me and that was enough. "Your welcome hermosa." she just smiles at me. "Miss Hernandez" we hear someone say. When we look up its a doctor. "Yes" she says so sweetly. "Can you please come getthe patient he fell asleep while we were doing his stiches, and I dont want to wake him up." Me and Jade look at eachother and burst out laughing. "Of course. Yes." she says when we get him and place him in the bavk of my car. We drive to my house. When we get there Aaliyah is asleep and the boys leave. Mom and Yashua are still not home. She lays Jack down in the bed with Aaliyah, and she kisses both their heads. "Buenas noches. Te amo." Did she just tell my daughter she loved her? Why do I keep falling in love with this woman? "Hey do you wanna watch a movie." I say out of the blue. "Sure. Can we have popcorn" she says back "yea. You pick the movie, and Ill make the popcorn." "hmm. The conjuring series." she says. "Wow you like scary movies." i say surprised "sometimes, when Im in the mood for them." she says. "Well okay then." When I get done making popcorn the movie was just starting to play. "So why do you like scary movies." I ask out of curiousity. "Well, you might find this crazy, but ive always been interested in people dying, ive wanted to be a forensic scientist, you know like Abby off of NCIS, but ive wanted to be one my whole life." she said. I could tell she loved talking about it. Everytime she spoke her smile grew wider. She was so beautiful. "You know what, lets watch the movie later, why dont we go for a walk" I say looking deep into her eyes. I know I keep saying this, but I feel like I really am in love with her. "Ok, where?" she says amused. To be honest i really wanted to tell her how feel. But Im scared that she wont feel the same way. "The park?" "yea lets go. You'll have to catch me." she says wonce we are out the door, then all i see is her running towards the park. So me being me, I run after. After a while I finally get ahold of her by her waist and we start to fall, but before we hit the grond I shifted us where I would fall first and her land on top of me. She just started laughing. Then she rolled off of me. I roll on top of her. "Jade, I....I " "I think Im in love with you Richard" She said out of the blue. "Really? I was about to tell you the same thing." I say beginning to laugh. "Shut up" she says roughly. "What?" I say confused. Then she just kissed me. Oh my god she is kissing me. Then she pulls away. "I said shut up" then she kisses me again. It feels so amazing. "Richard. I have a question." she says rubbing my face gently "hmm" i say "what is a nickname of yours that nobody really calls you?" she asks quietly. "Why" I ask. No one had ever asked me that before. "Because i want to call you something that nobody else does" she says "oh. You can call me Tribe. Like my tattoo. Nobody has called me that since I was a kid." i say kissing her forehead. "Okay Tribe" she says while giggling. "Whats a nickname of yours that nobody calls you?" I say out of curiousity. I can tell she is thinking about. "Lady bug. Mi abuela used to call me that when I was little." she say playing with my short hair. "Ok my little lady bug" I say and kiss her once more. "We should probably get back home before the kids wake up" she says while getting up from the ground. When I get up i can tell she was getting tired. Then I feel my phone vibrate. When I get my phone I see that it is a text from yashua (y=yashua r=richard)
Y: hey dork. The party is still going. So by the time we get out it will be really late. Mom said we were gonna get a hotel room down here
R: ok whatever geek. Tell mama I luv her. And to be safe. See yall tomorrow
Y: okay mamas boy..... She luvs you to. And we will be safe, imma be drivin home😏😂
I just leave him on read and juat smile cause I have the house to myself with Jade. "Hey mom and my brother arent coming back till in the morning. So your gonna have to stay the night" I say hugging her from behind. "Oh what a shame. I was so hoping to get away from you as fast as possible" she says sarcastically "yea yea yea you love me and you know it" I say while picking her up bridal style. "Tribe. Put me down pendejo"
