Biology babies

Chapter 1

(Skylar POV)

Today had been a long day of homework off the walls and people wanted to get home because of a bad monday. I was one of those people just wanting to end the day as this was my last class. I walked through the door to smell a scent of a raspberry candle as it lit up the room. I was one of the first people in as someone followed closely behind. His name was Caleb. Me and him, we're somewhat friends as we talked together if nobody else was around.

"Hey, Caleb how's it going?" I asked taking my seat in the back as he sat in front of me. "Nothing much, just the fact I wanna die cause of all of this stress." He said as he threw his stuff on the table.

I chuckled at him as he picked up his binder as it fell on the floor. I had known him since we were in 3rd grade. We used to hang out a bunch till 6th grade where if you hung out with someone not the same sex you were considered "Dating". Which I thought was stupid, so we ended up drifting apart.

"Hey do you know what we are doing today." I said to him as he sat down.

"Huh, well I don't know for sure, maybe just stupid punnett squares again." he said as he looked up from his laptop.

The school made sure everyone had one. They were shit to begin with so nobody liked them. But if we broke them, we had to pay for the costs. That meaning the damage to fix it or if it was basically dead we had to by a new one.
While I was in my thoughts people started to trickle in. They all acted bitchy, tired or just on the edge of everything. Nobody wanted to deal with anyone's bullshit.

"Alright class settle down,settle down." Mrs.Oakley said, our biology teacher.

"Now that I have your attention I wanted to inform you of your next assignment. This will be about three fourths of your grade so I suggest you listen in. That means you Mr.Loesser." Mrs.Oakley said looking at Jack.

"Now with that said, your assignment. We will start tomorrow and towards the end of school year it will be due. Now your job is to make a family."She said.

Our faces turned from plain to confused with a snap of a finger.

"And by family I mean you have to create your own. I will give you partners and you will have the whole day of school off tomorrow to do the deed." She said. All of us were really confused.

As she was saying off the names, my mind blanked. I was wondering what was going through her thick skull. Now don't get me wrong I don't hate her but this is outrageous. Does she expect
us to just go home and have sex with someone and make a child.

".... And Jack, lastly our last two partners are Skylar and Caleb." She said as she smirked in our direction.

Me and Caleb looked at eachother with shock and blushed as we now had to do the process. Now a secret being I somewhat had a crush on him as he was pretty much like me but a dude version, so I was basically in shock and excited at the same time.

"The school had said that you are allowed to have the day off,but you have to report back to me saying that you did do it. Make sure ladies that you buy a pregnancy test." She said as she went on about how she wanted to be a grandma and shit like that.

I was in my thoughts for a bit. Surely this can't be happening. I know our school is not rich or too poor, just a middle class. But what the hell is going through her mind that this is okay. I mean what has happened to safe sex.

"Hey u-uh whe-en you w-wanna come o-ove-er." Caleb said while he blushed and studered.

"Um tomorrow is fine like after lunch." I said looking at the ground and blushing like a cherry.

I looked back at Mrs.Oakley she had this weird maniac looking grin while looking at all of her students. She must be slightly insane. Maybe it was because her husband left her while her child ended up dying in the hospital.

"Ring,ring" I heard as the bell rang.

I got out of my seat and started walking towards the door. I was going to open it but someone grabbed my arm. I turned around to see Mrs.Oakley holding my arm really rough. She still had a look of insanity.

"bRiNg Me GrAnDcHilDrEn." She said in a demonic voice.

I quickly ripped my arm away from her and ran out the door. I looked back at her to see her normally grin at one of the teachers just like any other day. I was freaked the fuck out and ran to
my locker.
