The unexpected 'date'

"Welcome," the owner of the cafe greeted me as I walked into the cafe.

I ordered a cup of coffee and paid for it. Then, I sat on the usual seat.

I already have my cup of coffee and place it beside my laptop.

I was focusing on doing my work. I always go here because there's an internet and customers can use it.

"Hey baaabe,I'm sorry I'm late today," a girl exclaimed as she walked to me.

Eh?! It's Miyawaki Sakura,one of the most popular girl in my college. She's a Japanese but her Korean was daebak👍.

Is it really her?!

I stare at her with a confused look plastered on my face.

Just as I was about to ask her,she handed me a paper.

Inside the paper

I'm sorry miss but can you please act as my girlfriend just for this time? It's very important. Btw, my name is Sakura but you can call me Saku-chan :) sorry to make you do this.

I nodded at her in agreement and we started to act like a couple.

I kept on talking nonsense since I don't know what else to say and she ended up laughing at my silly attitude.

We got to know each other as we talk.

She's a Japanese that came to Korea to study. Also, she's older than me.

Sometimes, I speak in Japanese cause she don't understand Korean fully .

At last, our 'date' came to an end.

We walk out of the cafe together and I began to walk her home.

"So Chayeon, I think we met before cause your face seems familiar,"

"We do met. We attended the same college,"

"Wait so you're the Lee Chaeyeon?!"

"Ehh? How do you know? I didn't remember telling you my full name before,"

"You're famous! Of course I know your name. You're the college's dancing machine. You danced very well. I wonder how you could do that,"

"Haha, I never thought that I'm famous at that school,"

"You sure are oh and about before,actually there's an obsessed guy whom had been stalking on me since this past 3 days. He even tried to make a move and it's creeping me out,"

"Oh,so you come to a random cafe and ask me for help so he wouldn't disturb you anymore and you can live normally?"

"Yeah,it's more like that. So with you acting like my girlfriend, he would think that I'm not straight which is true,"

"Wait,you're a gay?"

"Yeah. Oh sorry if you're not comfortable of this,"

"No,it's fine. I mean me too,"

"Well,we're the same then. Anyway, here we are at my apartment, "

"Oh okay. Then,it's nice to meet you Saku-chan,"

"Wait,can I have your number?"

"Sure,why?" I asked her as I gave her my number.

"Maybe we could be a real couple next time," she said and wink afterwards.

Her wink seems odd. It's look like she struggles to do that.

"Haha, then I shall take a leave now. Bye Saku-chan, " I said as I waved my hand.

She just waved back to me without saying a goodbye.
