The bell rang signaling that school was over. Tori literally jumped and ran out to the toilet. She looked at her reflection in the mirror. She couldn't help but point out her flaws. She had crooked front teeth and freckles all over her face. Her ocean blue eyes were the only thing she liked cause they had a touch of green which made them look unique.

She leaves the bathroom and bumps into the guy from earlier. Her heart races and she turns to walk away but he grabs her, anger written in his face.

"Come here?" He snarls. Tori flinches from his tone. She looks into his eyes and she couldn't help but get lost in them.

"Are you Tori Michaelson?." He asked.

"I asked you a question!" He yells

"Y-yes why are you looking for me" Tori stutters.

He starts walking towards the school entrance. Rapidly he approaches his car and throws her in then goes to the other side and gets in.

"W-what is your name?" Tori mentally face palmed herself. She managed to ask that question at the wrong time but she couldn't help her curiosity.

"Christian." He said.

"Why am I in your car?" Tori asked.

"I was ordered to take you home." He said.

"By who?"

"Your parents, they have something important to tell you." He said and drove in the direction of my house.

After a good fifteen minutes they arrive at her house and she runs inside. She sees her mom crying and her dad comforting her. She looks around and sees a guy who looked like he was in his late twenties. He had black hair, a sharp jawline, black eyes and light freckles on his face.

She flushed when she realised that she was checking him out. Someone cleared their throat and she turned to look at the person.

It was a woman, her face was flawless and she had anger and jealousy in her eyes.

"Hello human." She spoke up. Human?

"Who are you people?" Tori asked.

"This may come as a shock to you but we are vampires." She said.

Vampires?

No way.

Tori looked at her in amusement and bust out laughing. After her laugh died down she noticed that everyone was glaring at her. The guy she was checking out earlier flashed his fangs and Tori gasped.

"Mom whats going on" she asked.

"Honey they are here to take you." Her mom said.

"What? No, I'm not going anywhere with these freaks." Tori snorted.

"Listen Tori I am not your biological mother, you were given to me by an old lady and I was told to take care of you and that someone was going to come when you reach seventeen and you would get married to him." Her mother explained.

"B-but I'm way too young. Please tell me this is a joke." Tori's voice cracked.

"I'm really sorry, everything will be explained to you later." Her mom said.
