The ashes fron the hospital bed came back to life and went inside Todoroki's garage. When Midoriya went inside he found the bed in the garage and a letter with it. The letter said, Dear my beloved Izuku, that Todoroki is bad news. He tried burning me, but I was to strong. I came to warn you and get your love back. Please don't ever leave me alone again.

Midoriya was furious. How dare Todoroki lie to him. Did Todoroki actually do that? His Hospital Bed wouldn't lie to him so it must be true. He was going to get him arrested for attempted murder. And that is what he did.
Later on in the day Midoriya asked Todoroki if he could drop him off at the police station because he had a friend that works there. Of course Todoroki complied because he wanted Midoriya to be happy. When he dropped him off at the police station and drove away. Midoriya walked in and said that Todoroki tried to murder his soulmate. They went to his house and arrested him.
