Secret Tainted Fun

Here Goes,

I thought we were having fun. It felt normal, until the fifth or so hit. Amber and I had snuck off into the woods to go and get high.Nothing we hadn't done before, just never together. So i brought my two dollars to her house since we had already planned on purchasing the substance the night before. My parents figured we were just having a normal sleepover, which technically this was totally normal. Plus like i said its nothing we hadn't done before. I was always a happy kid, super close to my parents, especially my mom. I never used to lie to them until this happened,i grew distant from them. I'm sure they noticed, but i didn't care. Ive lived with my mom and dad my whole life, no siblings, but we would always have at least one dog, other than that it was just me.I was always a good kid, sure id get into the occasional arguments or throw a tantrum once in a blue moon but so has everyone else growing up. I was the normal i was meant to be. My dad was a Marine most of my life, he was in for twenty years, and retired as a 1st Sergent. So it was hard, not just because of the deployments but because of the moving around every so often. After he retired we moved down to Georgia, where he became a cop. You would think that with my father being a police officer i would know better especially having heard all his stories, but for some reason i still didn't listen. Meeting Amber was easy, i sat next to her in science class and we instantly hit it off. Ive never had any problems making friends, but once i moved it was so hard. Every one i befriended turned out to be backstabbers and liars, or just stopped talking to me all in all for no reason whatsoever. Which is exactly what happened with my best friend Olivia.i lost around ten friends in the span of a year (including Olivia), and for reasons i didn't know. I ended up turning towards the internet to help find me a friend. I met this boy named Steven about three states away. Even though him and i had become friends i was still itching to befriend someone new, someone here,once amber came along, i got all the friendship i craved. So we made plans to hang out and that's when things turned even more upside-down.
