Flashback : Nathan's Dream

"Where am I?" he whispered.

He looked around his surroundings as he saw the house he moved into in Canada.  But it was different.  He walked around the living room, seeing many pictures of the girl and him.  His eyes widened as he spotted a familiar picture.  Before he could walk to it, someone came into the house.

"Jonathan!!!" The girl yelled.

"Let's play!"

Nathan walked to the stairs to see the girl again, but this time she was older.  She was beautiful.  He looked up the stairs to see himself adjusting his tie for school.

The girl giggled walking up the steps towards him.

"Let me help you."

He noticed that not only was he looking, but the past him was staring at her as well.  The girl finished adjusting his tie as she looked up staring at him.

"What?" She asked.

"Um nothing, uh let's go before we get into trouble again." he said.

"Haha, not we, you." The girl smiled running out the door with him.

Nathan was confused, he ran after them, but the door opened to a different scene.

The two of you were young again, playing at the park.

"Ah! Isn't it lovely to come out and be with your children." His mom said.

Nathan walked near his mom.  His mom looked younger than how she is.

"Mom?" he tilted his head confused.

"Jonathan honey be careful on those monkey bars!" His mom yelled.

Nathan looked up to see him hanging on the monkey bars by his legs.

"I'm fine mom! Don't worry!" he gave thumbs up.

Eventually, little Jonathan lost balance as his leg started to slip off.

Nathan's eyes widened as he tried to save himself but instead someone else did.

"AH!" he screamed.

"Honey!" His mother yelled.

Before hitting the ground, someone saved him.

He looked up to see a girl.  Her face was scrunched up, but eventually her face softened as she smiled toward him.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

Nathan ran towards them, his eyes widened looking at her knee's and legs.

Jonathan got up, as he saw the same thing.

"Your legs!" Jonathan and Nathan yelled together.

Nathan covered his mouth, as he watched little Jonathan help her up.

"Oh! This!! I'm fine! I'm a big girl!" The girl smiled.

"Jonathan are you okay?" His eomma came down.

"I'm fine, but mom she needs help." he pointed.

"Aigoo. Let's get you both home alright."

He helped her up.

"I'm Jonathan by the way, Jonathan Clark." He introduced.

The girl smiled and said.

"I'm-"

Nathan didn't hear what she said.

He tried to run up to them, to hear what the girls name was but the scene was pulling farther away.  He watched as himself and her walked away.

"No! Come back! What's your name! Why do you always appear in my dreams!" Nathan screamed.

"Jonathan."

He heard the girls voice.

He turned around to see the little girl walk up to him.

'Why are you leaving me." She cried.

Nathan woke up.  Sweat ran down his neck and face as he stood up from his bed.  He turned to the clock reading Saturday 10:52am.  He sighed, he looked to the side as a picture of that same girl and him smiling on the swings at the park two blocks away from his house.

"Who are you?  What are you to me?" Nathan whispered.

"Jonathan! Come on! You promised you would go shopping with me!" His mother called.

"I'm coming!" he yelled, throwing the bed sheets off of him.  He gently put the frame back, smiling before running to the bathroom to get ready for the day.
