Have you ever been in love? I thought I was once. But I was wrong. Well at least I was wrong about them. I felt something so special for this person, I'd never felt it before. I know I'm young but I crave a love so deep the ocean would be envious. Then they crushed my heart. No, not crushed. They shattered it into oblivion. They said that they didn't want to hurt me. But meanwhile rejection hurts as much as heartbreak. Rejection is not only not allowing somebody to love you fully, rejection makes it harder for you to love someone who loves you. Taylor Swift once said "you have people come into your life shockingly and surprisingly. You have losses that you never thought you'd experience. You have rejection and you have learn how to deal with that and how to get up the next day and go on with it." This person said they loved me for a year before admitting it. At the same I was loving him. Both too scared to say anything. At only thirteen years I've learned how to handle rejection, loss, and heartbreak. Pretty amusing right? Barely a teenager and I already know enough about love for a lifetime. "Sometimes I feel my whole life has been one big rejection." That was said by Marilyn Monroe. In some cases, like that quote, Marilyn Monroe and I are very similar.
