this pairing is by far the most popular ship in the nct family. during variety shows, nctzens always find them together. during fan meetings for their own sub-unit's, you can see the two of them together. a moment the two of them that made nctzens go wild was when jae was feeling sleepy and unconsciously laid her head on renjun's shoulder. because of all these interactions between the two of them, nctzens are convinced the pair will be a couple in the near future.

although lilli isn't comfortable with boys as much as girls, she's perfectly fine around jaemin. reasons why are unknown until now. lilli confessed that she did have feelings for jaemin during her trainee days but her feelings faded away as soon as she debuted. jaemin wasn't fazed and remained perfectly calm about the situation, lilli and jaemin remain friends to this day.

this is your typical best friend turned into lover story except this duo never blossoms into a relationship. every single v-live, fan meeting, or variety show you see involving nct, there's no doubt that you'll see these two together. on luminescence's instagram page, you'll see tons of photos with yerin and jisung. they aren't afraid to show skinship to each other and it's adorable once you witness it!

this is one of the more underrated ships in the nct family but that doesn't mean it isn't completely hopeless.  though rinle isn't as popular as jirin, it doesn't mean that there isn't something there. yerin and chenle are often caught stealing glances at each other. on a variety show, chenle was asked which member out of luminescence he admired the most; he looked away with a blush and responded with yerin's name.
