Rival

distraction

I look swag, is what jungkook thinks when he see the mirror. It was a week after jungkook had asked y/n out, and he was getting ready for his date.

He was so excited. He has been dreaming of this day since he was twelve. And he felt butterflies in his tummy from thinking what y/n would wear. What they would do, and so on.

He put on his biggest smile when he heard the doorbell rang.

"Coming!" He said whilst running to open the door. His smile immediately dissapeared.

"Jimin?"

There he was, park jimin. The midget who's been jungkook's rival for far too long.

"I've heard you got a date with y/n." He arrogantly stated, his chin going upwards.

"Yeah, so what? Want to stop me?" He got so excited that he forgot that y/n told him she will arrive at the mall. Not with jungkook.

"Yes. How do you know?"

There was silence.

"Are you serious?"

Jimin huffed and close the door behind him, locking it in the process. "Yes. I am very serious."

"Y/n?" Taehyung asked a waiting y/n, "what are you doing in the mall all by yourself?" Y/n rest her chin on her hand and let out a small huff, "waiting for jungkook."

"Oh." He sat beside her. "I'll wait with you."

Local mall, 10:47 am

"Jimin, seriously, get out of the way!" Jungkook tried to push jimin from hugging the front door.

"No!"

"It's been about five minutes! Just admit deafeat already." Jungkook said between pants. Man, who knew midgets can be so strong? He thought to himself.

"I refuse! I've liked y/n way more longer than you!" He let out his tongue for jungkook to see.

They stayed like that for about three whole minutes before jungkook thought of a plan. "Oh man, i feel like i wanna piss." He said almost sarcastically, "bye!"

And he ran of to the kitchen, where the other door was at.

But before he closed the door, he looked back and saw a sprinting jimin running to him. He locked the door and jimim banged on in whilst having his fluffy face squished on the tiny window.

Jungkook grin and gave jimin the finger before running off to his car.
