memoria entertainment was found by two former jyp entertainment's trainees, oh haeun and lee yoon on february, 22.
they're accepting talented boys and girls from all over the world.

On March, 23, Memoria Entertainment's CEO, Haeun, stated that they'll be debuting a girl group in this year.
It was said that they're already recorded the official music video, aiming for debut in March.
