EJ never killes anyone who drinks. The reason why is because he says that their liver is messed up and he doesn't like the taste. Everyone else knows that he doesn't like anything with any alcohol, because Jeff once got drunk and EJ got the worst part, he had to listen to Jeff babble about random shit the entire night.
