I went to Sussex Middle School when I met him.
I have never seen anyone like him.
He is different from everyone else. He is unique. If he doesn't know that. He is very unique.
I felt so happy when I first spoke to him! I ran to the washroom and tried not to squeal. We met in the Cafeteria where all the students would go in the morning before they go to class.
My heart was recovering after a breakup when he swept me off my feet. I was scared that we wouldn't work out. But we are still together and happy as can be.
The day he changed my life into a better place was on June 14th 2018. We met at Jr. Prom. I was wearing a dress my mother had let me borrow and I tied my bangs behind my head so my makeup wouldn't smear while I danced. I walked into the dance with my sister and her boyfriend. I walked up the stairs to the dance floor. My sister and I danced for an hour. I was so hungry so I went up to buy some candy. I sat on a bench alone while I snacked away there were other couples sitting around me. I was really lonely. I waited for a song I knew to play.
Then I saw him. He sets off the best vibes. He made my heart flutter when he walked up to me and asked me if I wanted to dance. My sister came running in the room I was in, I stood up and kind of hesitated until she told me I should accept his request.
With a smile I accepted his request to dance with me.
We talked until the song "Thinking out loud" by Ed Sheeran started to play.
He took me by the hand and started slow dancing. Oh how he danced❤. It was overwhelming me that he had HIS hands around MY waist and dancing with me. I listened to his heartbeat as we danced. I didn't want the song to ever end.
Dancing with him left me with butterflies in my stomach. He then asked me out. I felt like the luckiest girl in the world ❤.
I will never forget that day.
