The cold wind blew between the cracks of the buildings, making Hye-jin shiver with cold.
It was a supposedly normal day, with the normal bustle of people walking across the streets, window shopping, and the usual honks of cars.
Hye-jin smiled to herself as she got a 93% in her Math test today.
Deep in her thoughts, Hye-jin turned a corner, going the way she usually uses to get back home.
But it was a but weird today, there was no one there.
Hye-jin got confused and looked back at the busy street she was strolling through just now, it was still busy.
Hye-jin shrugged it off and continued walking back home.
The air got colder the farther she went from the busy street.
Even though there wasn't any cars, Hye-jin stopped at a red light and waited for it to turn green for her to cross a street.
It was taking longer than usual today, and Hye-jin was getting impatient, she had a shit ton of homework today and she wanted to get home early to finish it.
Hye-jin looked left and right, and stepped foot onto the street.
A hand suddenly pulled her back, and a car that came outta nowhere zoomed past Hye-jin.
Hye-jin looked up in shock and was taken aback at the owner of the hands' good looks.
"Are you okay, miss?" The man said. Hye-jin nodded, speechless to be in the aura of such a beautiful man.

The man sighed in relief and said, "You should look more carefully before crossing the road. Don't jaywalk."
The lights turned green and the man let go of Hye-jin's hand. "It's alright to cross the street now," he said.
Hye-jin nodded quickly and rushed to cross the road. As soon as she reached the other side,she looked back, wanting to get another glimpse of that man.
But he had disappeared without a trace.
