Last Words

Chapter 1: a Normal day

It was a normal day at Western Broke Middle High. Jason made some friends. His roommate is with a cute girl named Maxine Gemstar. Bullies are scared of bullying Maxine because she had like a bodyguard. No one knows who even is the protector not even Maxine. But the only one person who knows is Jason (he knows this because he's the bodyguard).

Jason's POV: Dorm room 10:30 am

As I walk down to my dorm getting ready for music class I see a note saying "Meet me afterschool in the lockers at 2:00am, signed unknown". "Why not" Jason says to himself. "Looks like you gained an enemy, We can kill him or her easily" the demonic voice replies. " I don't kill people, I just knock them out to teach them a lesson now leave me alone" As I get my guitar and leave I hear a voice singing at my dorm patio. I went to investigate and it turns out it was Maxine that was singing outside. I figured out she was singing "Radioactive" from Imagine Dragons. "I feel it in my bones enough to make my systems grow" sang Maxine. She turned around and saw me acting surprised. "Oh hey Jason" replies Maxine. "H-Hey" I say back stuttering each word. "You heard me singing so you know I sing bad" says Maxine. "What do you mean you sing great" I reply back. Both of us turn red. "Well I'll see you later dork" I said and left the patio to music class" As I walked to music class I see Jake (one of my friends) getting attacked by two people. The 2 people are Miller (a 17 year old, same as my age) and Ocelot(A 18 year old). "Stay away from him" I said. Miller and Ocelot go to me and said "Fine we'll go after you instead". They punched me and kicked me until I was bleeding rapidly. "Weakling" Ocelot said. But Miller noticed something about Jason. He was healing rapidly. I got up with red eyes. "Rematch" I said. "Whatever" Ocelot said. I ran up to them and super punched them to the end of the hallway. "Never hurt my friends and stay away from Maxine and if you have a problem with that then you know where to find me" I went to help Jake. "Thanks" said Jake. "Your welcome" I said as I fainted.

Maxine POV: Dorm Room 10:50 am

I got ready and left my dorm room when Jake came up to me and told me what happened. I went to the Infirmary where I see Jason laying down on a Hospital Bed. "Are you ok" I asked. "Sure never better" Jason replies. "Its going to be ok" I said. "As long as you are here." He said while winking at me. I turned bright red and laughed. He reaches for my hand and said "thx for being here". I replied back "np". As I stayed with Jason the time was 12:00, time for Lunch. "Can you walk" I asked. "Yeah" Jason said while walking to hold the door for me. "You heal fast" I said. "Oh.....Uh......Maybe it wasn't that bad of an injury than". Jason said. As we head for lunch he sat with is friends and I sat with mine. "Who's that guy" Scarlet (one of my friends) asked me. "Just my friend and roommate". "I ship you guys" said Eva (another one of my friends). "I don't like him" I said. "Does he like you" said Amy (Another one of my friends). "I...don't....know." I replied.

Jason's POV:

I'm with my friends Jake, Mike, and Jackson. They annoy me liking Maxine. Luckily, Maxine doesn't hear them. Everything was normal until Ocelot and Miller and his gang of bullies came and dragged me out of the cafeteria.
