Chapter 10

I woke up in Meliodas arms, he was cuddled into my chest with his arms around my waist. I just stare at his face. I remember everything. It all makes sense now. Now I think I know the location of my real scythe, the one I had now is not even close to the power my old one had possessed but i guess the one i have now at least isn't cursed. But there is something I need to do before I can reclaim my weapon. I'm not sure how but I'll find a way.
"Ngh" Meliodas stirred in his sleep. His eyes slowly opened and looked up at me. His emerald eyes stared into mine for a few minutes before he yawned. He separated his arms from my waist to rub his eyes and stretch. He's so adorable, but he likes Elizabeth but which Elizabeth?
"Good morning Y/n!"
"Oh good morning Meli!" I smiled at him.
"I just realised, why do you have fangs?" He pointed at my fangs. I froze, oh those I forgot about them. I should just put on my dumb persona, so then I don't have to explain it.
"What are fangs?" I giggled, he stared for awhile but than brushed it off. He tried to get out of bed but I jumped on him. I cuddled into his side. I didn't want to get up, and he's warm.
"Y/n I have to get up"
"Nuuuuuuu~ Lets stay here for longer"
"Y/n...look at me" I looked up at him, he stared into my eyes. I could feel my face burning up. 'What is this feeling?' I froze in place, unknowingly letting him go. He got up and got dressed into his normal entire. I was still on the bed, I didn't want to go work. Meliodas walked over to me and pulled me out off the bed.
"C'mon Y/n you have to get up!" I stood up, I was already in my normal clothes so it was okay. Meliodas walked downstairs with me following him. He just started his normal routine. Everyone else arrives sooner or later.I sat down at a table while Elizabeth cleaned it. But when Gowther came down he started groping ban?
"What are you doing?"
"This is the greeting the captain showed me yesterday."
"I told you that's not what it was!" Hawk seemed mad. I mean Meliodas is a huge perv so it's understandable.
"So does anyone have a clue to where we are suppose to go next?"
"Is there any chance you have a lead where the next sin might be?"
"Escanor and Merlin" If i remember correctly, Merlin is the mage also the boar sin of Gluttony and Escanor is that one who can turn really buff in the daytime also the lion sin of pride.
"No! First thing i'm going to do is break in to the capital and get my sword back." Everyone looked at him.
"What are you talking about? You mean that dragon hilt you lost?"
"I'm not going anywhere without it. Okay! How who's coming with me?"
"As fun as that sounds...I think i'll pass."
"Besides it's your own fault you lost it in the first place."
"He has a point" Meliodas looked over to me.
"Your too much of a jerk for me to stand so nope!" As quick as lighting, he rushed over to Elizabeth and puts his head up her skirt.
"I'm so sad..." That little...!
"Oh, there there." She stroked his head like she was confronting him.
"CAPTAIN!" Me and Diane screamed. Except Diane was more angry than me, like she broke a window and part of the wall. Meliodas can fix it. Meliodas grabs some tools and started building the wall back. While fixing the wall, he started explaining why he needed his sword back. I only started listening about half way threw.
"Right, the coffin of eternal darkness. That dragon hilt is a fragment of a ritual relic."
"The sword you had...?"
"Yeah, according to an old legend, it's part of a relief that was created along time ago. One that the Goddess, Giant, Fairy and Human races created to seal away the Demon race."
"Why do the holy knights want it? What would they do with something like that?"
"More than likely...the resurrection of the Demon race..." The D-Demon r-race...? No...No...No Not them. I finally got to be alive again. My entire body tenses up, and i just look down, staring at my legs. I tuned out their conversations. I can't deal with them again. I don't want to lose the ones i love again. I could lose him again like what happened with the old Meliodas. This boy, that i have fallen for, i wonder now. Is he the Meliodas from a long time ago?
"AGHHHHHHHHH!" What in name of bacon was that? I look over to the noise. Hawk...? What in the world? "It's a sign! I think i'm getting a sigGnNn!" Did his voice just crack?
"That you gotta poop?"
"The seal is about to be broken" My head jerked up and looked at hawk.
"Hawk, are you alright?" Elizabeth walked over to where hawk is standing. Something seems off. There's someone else here. But even i can't detect their whereabouts.
"I get why those guys were going after the sword, but i don't understand what they wanted with Elizabeth."
"It's simple." A figure appeared behind Elizabeth. That's them! "She's the last key to breaking the seal"
"Oh crap! Get away from her! Elizabeth!" I launched myself at the mysterious being. She looked at me and extended her hand.
"I think you two might need to spend some time apart or else you'll get in my way..."
She sent a magic spell towards me.And it all went black.
