Me and harry were laying on the floor and he drew a birthday cake.

He smiled at me and watched his wrist watch.

"3." I whispered.

"2." He whispered back.

"1." I said and we blew the drawling away.

A second after a portly/buff man burst through the door.

"Sorry bout that." He said picking the door up.

He smiled and sat on the couch.

He pointed his umbrella to the fire place and a fire lightened up.

"Um who are you?" I asked.

"Hagrid." He smiled.

"And you two are Lydia and Harry potter."

Aunt and Uncle were fuming while dudley was scared pointless.

"Here you go." He said handing us a letter.

Harry took it and read it out loud.

"Hagrid? What is hogwarts?" I asked.

He smirked and told us everything and then looked at his wrist watch and gasped.

"Were over schedule lets go!" he said.

We left and went to diagon alley.

"This is where you'll get all your books and school stuff." He smiled.

A few moments later and me and harry were walking by stores with hagrid.

"Right then, you two go get your wands and i'll meet you there." He said walking away.

I shrugged and walked into the store.

"Hello?" Harry called.

A man on a ladder slid over to us and smiled.

"Harry and Lydia Potter." He said.

"Sir? how did you know our names?" I asked.

"Well you are the two who lived, your super famous around here." He smiled.

"Now let's see what your wand is." he said disappearing.

Harry's wand made a magnificent play.

When i got my wand i was a bit scared because it took awhile to find it.

We paid and walked out.

"Harry." Hagrid called.

He was holding a cage with a white owl in it.

He gave it to him and smiled.

"Thanks hagrid!" He smiled.

"Lydia?" He smiled.

"Yes hagrid?" i smiled.

"We need to quickly go pick out your animal so we wont miss the train!" He said and we were off.

I ended up getting a beautiful all black cat that was the most adorablest thing every.

"Heres your tickets i'll see you guys later than."

We went off to find 9 and 3/4.

We saw a family of red heads with the same luggage as us.

"Harry potter?" I heard a boy ask.

"Lydia potter?" Two twins looked surprised.

"Hi um how did you do that?" harry asked.

"Oh love don't worry it's ron's first year as well! You just run right in the middle." The lady smiled.

We went through and saw a train.

"Whoa." I breathed out.

"C'mon on lydia." He smiled.

We met hermione and Ron on the train.

We went passed on the boats and all walked in laughing.

I was mainly talking to harry.

We stopped when a woman was in front of us.

"Wait here." She said and left.

"So it's true then?" I heard a guy's voice say.

Harry turned around and looked behind him.

"We have the potters here." He smirked only being able to see harry.

"Stop malfoy." Hermione said.

He rolled his eyes and i popped out.

"Lydia Potter?" One of his friends said.

"Draco you didn't tell us she looked like that!" A boy failed to whisper.

"Hey thats my sister!" Harry scowled.

Draco , i guess thats his name, was staring at me.

"Thats enough, follow me." The professor said.

She lead us into a room and to a stool with a hat on it.

She explained what it was for and called people up.

"Draco Malfoy." She said.

It barely touched its head before it called out his house.

"Harry Potter." She announced and people gasped.

It took a little bit to decide.

"Gryffindor!" The hat said.

I clapped along with other people.

"Lydia Potter."

There was even more gasps.

I slowly walked up and sat down.

She placed the hat on me and it laughed.

"Powerful, very powerful indeed." It said.

"I suppose some times you wish to fall off the face of the earth?" It murmured.

"Mmmm very difficult to decide indeed."

"Slytherin!" The hat yelled and harry gasped.

People cheered that were from slytherin and i breathed out.

Oh god.

I quietly walked over to the table sitting down next to a girl.

"Hi im pansy!" She smiled.

"Hi im-" I started but was cut off.

"Lydia Potter." The boy from earlier smiled.

"Yeah."

"Im Draco Malfoy." He smiled again.

"Hi." I blushed and pansy teased me.

(I know pansy is mean but in this story she will be nice.)

I looked back to see harry staring at me.

"So i was wondering if i could get to know you more." Pansy smiled as we followed someone up

to our dorm.

"Yeah of course." I answered.

"Okay is your hair real?" She asked.

"Yes." I smiled.

"Do you have a crush on anyone right now?" She asked.

"No i don't really know anyone other than you and harry." I shrugged.

We walked in and my cat greeted me.

Angel is his new name.

Me and pansy were in the living area of our dorm.

"What do you think of draco?" She asked smirking.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Draco, you know do you think he's cute?" She said.

"Oh do you like him?" i asked.

"No no! Me and him are only friends nothing more." She laughed.

"Well he's pretty cute." I shrugged.

She laughed and we went to bed after that.
