(After ten minutes of cuddling and silence, the hug breaks. Daniel stands up and looks at you thoughtfully)
Daniel: Do you have any Mall near here?
Y/n: I mean, yeah, like ten minutes away...
Daniel: Great (he throws your jacket on you) put this on, we are going SHOPPING!
Y/n: But, I don't have any money with me right now
Daniel: I know, it's my treat...
Y/n: But Danny...
Daniel: (grabs you by your arms and pulls you up) No buts... Let's try and enjoy this day as much as possible, keep your thoughts off your mind...
Y/n: You might be right...
Daniel: Well I'm always right
Y/n: sure sure (you give him an eyeroll, as he laughs and you pinch jockingly his cheek)
Daniel: Well okay let's go...
(MEANWHILE AT YOUR HOUSE, IN THE KITCHEN)
Zach: Em?
(Zach hears a quiet sob, when he turns... He sees a vulnerable Emily sitting at the kitchen floor crying)
Zach: EM!
(he runs and immediately hugs her)
Emily: Zach, why are you here, you should not be seeing me like this.
Zach: (looks at her widely concerned) I had to see if you were okay, you are my friend...
(Emily sadly smiles)
Zach: Was it the kiss?
Emily: I mean kind off...
Zach: Why? Jack is a good guy, he did not do it on purpose...
Emily: I know, but...
Zach: What?
Emily: The kiss reminded me so much of my previous relationship...
Zach: (Zach looks worried) What had happened?
Emily: Two years ago, was the first time in my life that I fell in love... His name was Ted... He was one of the most popular boys in all the school at that time, but he was just perfect. He was the most kind, caring boy that ever spoke to me at school, every day was a day he would come up to me and talk to me and we would get closer. Then one day at a friends party, he asked me onfront of everyone at the party to be his girlfriend, and of course I had said yes. We had been dating one year from that time, however as months has past, Ted became meaner towards me, he first started to talk shit towards me, swore badly, tormented me. Then things became worst when he would start hitting me, being mean towards me onfront of even other people. Soon, he had started getting drunk, going to clubs every night, coming back and taking a whole lot awful advantage towards me, he had been forcing me to do things that I did not want to even do. I did not care, because even though I felt bad, I was too blinded of love, to even notice what was going on around me. Then at the end of last year I had gone to the girl bathrooms, to fix some of my make up and found him making out with the meanest, most popular girl of the school. I came there, pulled him away from her and punched him, no matter how weak I was. He then got so mad at me that he pushed me hard and I fell unconscious on the floor. The next day, I had woken up at the hospital, were I had found out he had gone away and was nearly sent to jail. Those past months after the hospital, I had fallen into deep depression, until one day I finally stood up, found my hobbies, and had all the support from from my parents and most of all my sister.
(Painful tears glide slowly on Emily's sour cheeks, while Zach was still taking in every single word, she had just said, Zach was becoming angrier by every minute.)
Zach: How that son of a- (shouts)
(Emily cuts him off, by putting her finger on top of Zach's lips)
Emily: Zach please...
(She raises her head and makes deep eye contact with Zach. Her sad, soothing eyes, calm him down... Zach let out a tear)
Zach: If I only knew Em (he embraces her in his arms)
Emily: Zach you were not there to do anything (she forces on herself a smile)
Zach: I just wish I was...
(Emily, glances over at Zach and gives him a warm kiss on the cheek)
Emily: Whatever happened, happened.
Zach: What about Jack, believe me he would never do anything like what that ass did at you.
(Emily gives him a worried look)
Zach: But if he ever did, I would beat his ass!
(Zach puts his head on Emily's legs, as she plays with his soft hair)
Emily: Zach, I like another guy!
Zach: What? (he whispers)
Emily: Look, I know that jack is a great guy, but I like him as a friend...
(Zach gives Emily a wide smile)
Zach: Well I hope that guy will treat you well, otherwise-
(Emily, takes a glance at Zach, and without hesitation, she softly kisses, his red plum lips.)
Emily: Zach, I like you... (She whispers sadly, as another tear drops)
(Zach kisses her red cheek, raises her head and kisses her once again, even more deeply. Both electrified, none of them letting go of each other, having their strong, undeniable bond. After 10 minutes the whole makeout session ends, both completely red and cuddled up with each other)
(Both make deep eye contact)
Zach: I never stopped liking you (breathless)
(Emily, gives him a large, joyful smile, while he takes both of her hands)
Zach: Emily Y/L/N, will you go on a date with me?
(Emily jumps on Zach and kisses him)
Zach: Well I guess that's a yes (both smile happily, until Emily suddenly becomes serious.)
Emily: Zachary, nobody can know about this, not even my sister, not until it is the right time (she whispers)
Zach: Okay, I promise.
(Both of them put their clothes on, and head to the sofa to watch TV)
