six

hyunjin and jina were already in front of the other guy's school gate and realized they were too early so they sat on a bench and ate some of the snacks they bought.

they were cracking jokes and fighting over food.

they didn't even realize students were already leaving the school. eric stared at them and coughed.

"what are you guys doing." eric frowned.

jina was holding hyunjin by the collar while hyunjin's mouth was filled with food. both their hairs a mess.

jina jumped up from the bench and smiled.

"oh hey! when did your class finish?" she asked.

"five minutes ago." eric replied while fixing her hair.

"oh, we've been fighting for twenty minutes then." hyunjin said, finally swallowing all the food.

"wait a second i'll throw these away." jina said, while walking towards a nearby trash bin with hyunjin followed jina from behind as always.

"what're the guy's names?" hyunjin asked her, while trying to look at her face.

"the older one is haechan and the younger one is chenle." she responded while throwing away the trash.

they walked back too focused on talking and smacking each other that they didn't realize haechan and chenle were already standing there.

"o-oh hey! you're already here." she smiled.

jina wasn't feeling nervous at all that day but when she saw haechan's face she got awkward all of a sudden.

haechan awkwardly put his hand up and waved.

"h-hey."

chenle was the exact opposite, he smiled widely and waved at her like a dork.

"hi jina!" she gave him a smile and waved back.

"oh right this is my brother hyunjin, can he come along?" jina asked them and slightly poked hyunjin's side.

he playfully slapped her hand off, "that tickles."

"yeah i'm fine with it." eric responded. heachan nodded.

"hi hyunjin! i'm chenle and this is haechan!" chenle introduced.

"aw hi chenle, you're cute. how old are you guys?"

"17!" chenle replied.

"18." haechan added.

"then i'm the oldest. i'm 19 hehe." hyunjin giggled snd looked at jina.

"you're always the oldest." she stared back.

"should we go?" eric suggested.

"wait, we bought snacks for you guys." jina said and held up a plastic bag.

"oh and chenle since you like everything chocolate related, i bought chocolate chip cookies and chocolate milk." she shared, making him smile sheepishly.

on their way to the arcade they had popsicles, except for haechan.

hyunjin and chenle were walking in front, talking among theirselves. eric was being boring and had earbuds in, blasting music and jina had both eric and haechan walking on her side.

she was holding onto hyunjin's sweater and staring at her shoes while haechan was looking to his right, glancing at jina from time to time.

hyunjin was cracking jokes which made chenle laugh and screech.

haechan was still looking to his right when he felt something poke his arm, it was jina. she handed him a lollipop and he gladly accepted it.

while he was opening the plastic wrap he spoke up. "you're really close to hyunjin huh." she looked at him and nodded.

"cute." he mumbled.

"what?" she looked at him with a questioning look.

"ah nothing." he replied, only making jina tilt her head.

"you really are different from how you talk on instagram." jina giggled, while haechan nodded.

"i know, is it a bad thing?" he asked, she shook her head.

"no, not at all. i think it's cute." she smiled, making him blush.

they finally arrived at the arcade. chenle ran inside like a little child, haechan and hyunjin were just following from behind and jina was slapping eric because he was boring on the way there.

they played so many games, they didn't even realize it was already over 6 o'clock.

"you guys hungry?" hyunjin asked everyone.

"yes, i'm craving for chicken." eric replied, with the others nodding.

"then chicken it is." hyunjin said and walked towards a fried chicken place.

it wasn't as awkward haechan thought it was gonna be. he and jina did get closer today.

he smiled while staring at her, luckily no one noticed.
