💧Quirk: Water💧
You can control water and use it to attack, basically think of it like Todoroki's flames or ice but it is now water. You can breathe under water thanks to the gills on your neck but you hide them with a special choker that you go years ago because people made fun of you even though you were quite powerful. If you overuse your quirk it will become difficult to breathe and the best thing would be for you too take a bath or lay down.
