I quickly ran out the door. I wish I had a car, but my parents thought that me driving wasn't a good idea since they didn't want their poor daughter getting hurt.
Looking at my phone I went on Minhees profile and followed the location that she was at. It took a couple of minutes and it was now 8:13pm I walked fast and realized I was right next to her location. Looking around I spotted the alley way. I ran towards it and then froze. Did she really go in there?
"please be careful." I whispered.
I placed the flashlight mode on my phone and walked in.
Blood.
Everywhere.
How did I end up in this type of situation? . I hold my nose in disgust from the smell coming from the alley way. As I got closer, the more gruesome the place looked. My body started to shake from the sudden bodies laying on the floor. What exactly happened here? Why am I wanting to go to the end of the alley way to figure it out? Without thinking my legs start moving towards the alley some more. Tears were starting to form in my eyes as the sight had gotten worse. Bodies were scattered everywhere, blood flowing out of there bodies as if someone shot them multiple times, dirt on them as if they were buried from somewhere.
'I should get out of here.' I thought to myself but I wanted to go in deeper. Why won't I leave? I felt as if I was meant to be here. My eyes focused on a particular body. My breathing started to get fast. I ran towards the body and my tears were falling like the Nile river.
"M-minHee.." I uttered while holding her shoulders. She wasn't responding. I shook her and there was no response. "No. No." I say a little loud. "You're not dead. Stop playing around and get up it's not funny." I say. Still no response.
She was dead. My blood boiled. Why did she die. How and when. Who was this crazy!? I noticed that she was holding something in her hand. Looking at it I saw a bracelet. It had carvings in a different language that I didn't quite understand, but I was pretty sure it was Chinese. "I'm sorry MinHee." I took the Bracelet from her. "I'll find out who killed you and once I do." I but my lip not wanting to shed more tears.
"I'll kill them."
I grabbed my phone and went to my contacts. I hurried and dialed 9-1-1. Waiting for them to pick up I spotted something walking towards me from the other side of the alleyway. I froze. Is it the person who killed my friend. Did this person kill all of these people that were scattered in the alleyway? The only thing I could think of at that moment.
Run.
That's what I did. I hurried and ran out the alleyway. Looking around for my surroundings for any new way to go around so I wouldn't get caught I heard a voice over the phone.
"You called the police department can we help you miss?"
"I-I I'm being chased by someone that I think killed people in an alleyway." I reply trying to speak without loosing my breath.
"Where are you ma' am."
"I'm near the coffee shop down the street of my school called Park Crimson, but I'm trying to run home." I said.
I could hear someone's footsteps coming closer towards me.
"We have people on your way."
Can they fucking hurry the hell up then?!
"I think they're right behind me."
"Go into a crowded area.If they are close they wouldn't be able to find you in such a crowded place."
I followed the persons orders and ran to the place called. "The Downtown." It was a small place yet a lot of people would go there to see others perform at night or watch the fireworks. As I made it in the crowd I hurried and took my jacket off and tied my hair up so that the person couldn't recognize me.
It was hard trying to get out of everyone's way but I didn't feel like dying. Looking around I noticed Johnny was with a guy. I ran towards him and he looked shocked. "Y/n what brings you here?"
" I need your help please." I utter tugging his sleeve.
"Did something happen." He said worry was in his eyes.
"I'll explain once you drive me home now please."
He excused himself from his friend and we both went to his car. He started the engine and we drove off. We were just a couple of minutes away from my house until Johnny spoke up.
"So what's it that you want to tell me?"
"Minhee... s-she is a dead."
He stopped the car. Thank god we were at a red light.
"She is what now?" He said serious.
"I saw her body in an alleyway. I- I." Before I could say anything he intertwined his hand with mine and calmed me down.
"Don't tell anyone Johnny I'm begging you."
"It's okay Y/N. Everything is going to be okay."
But in reality we all knew that what he said was a lie.
He dropped me off at my house and of course I got scolded by my mom from coming home at such a late night. I apologize and went straight to my room. My head felt dizzy and I wanted to throw up. I texted Gabbi to see if she was awake.

I place my phone down and sigh. Going to my mirror I noticed that I was crying really bad. Looking down I reached into my pocket that held a bracelet with the chinese carvings that Minhee had. What was it really?
