Arkham Asylum
3rd P.O.VDr. Quinzel, the psychiatrist of Arkham, was in her office at Arkham. She was going over different files for her patients.
Her office looked unprofessional and had posters of smiley faces everywhere. Her desk was covered in papers and had images of her boyfriend on it. No one could call it clean and be truthful at the same time.
Harleen mumbled quietly to herself ,"Why is his body so resistant to all the medications that's supposed to help him?"
Bruce's physical health was uncanny. The man's body resists any medication as if it was normal. Lately she had been given permission to experiment with different new medicines to help him. So far nothing has been working. The only affect it had on Bruce is him yelling and protesting that he's no guinea pig.
Harleen was jostled out of her intense work by a knocking at her door.
"Harleen the boss has called another meeting. Hurry up. He seems serious," Oswald Cobblepot, the licensed behavior analyst, said quickly.
'Wonder what it's about,'thought Harley as she opened the door to see Cobblepot's short and chubby body.
Oswald was like a penguin in all sense of the animal. He was short, chubby, waddled, he has a beak like nose, and even hands like a penguin. No wonder he was The Penguin in Wayne's mind.
"Alright alright keep your beak on jeez Ossy. Let's go," Quinzel yawned in boredom.
Bruce's World
Bruce P.O.VI was squatting on one of the higher roofs of Gotham being the ever vigilant protector of Gotham. I felt like nothing could stop me. I looked down and saw a common thug guarding a cell of some sort. He's in the way of the hostage. I have to get to the hostage without him noticing me. No problem. I'm Batman I can do this.
"Hey Bob did you hear? The big guys are having a meeting. Heard it's something big," said one the thugs to what I'm assuming another thug.
The other is out of my line of sight. He's to the far right of me. Smart. I continue to listen their conversation to gain more information.
"Yeah. I bet it's something about you know who. He might be here. He might hear us. We got to be careful," said Bob to the first thug.
"You worry too much. The Bat ain't gonna be here. All those other criminals and him going for us? Tch nah. I used to work from the inside until recently. I was told the hostage is just for show. They don't want nothin to do with it. Word is that they're tryna figure out a way to finally beat da Bat. I dunno much, but I heard from a friend who heard it from a friend that Ivy's gonna do something to him," said the first thug.
Bob spoke to his friend,"Do you know where they are Fred?"
"I heard that they were going back to 'the room' whatever that is," replied Fred.
'I think I've heard enough. The villains must be desperate if they're going back to one of their old hiding places.' I thought.
The Real World
3rd P.O.VBruce gave a loud yell before kicking down the bars of his cell. He glared and snarled at Fred who was within his cell.
