there's multiple reasons.
1. it was poorly written. typos, inconsistencies, just all around bad writing.
2. the relationship between gerard and the mc was inappropriate and illegal, and i condoned it at the time. i wrote in frank as the principal, who has a crush on a student in the past. it's pedophilia, and it's wrong. i apologize for that.
3. self harm and domestic violence felt romanticized and glamorized. at the time of writing the story, i was dealing with both, and still am. in the story, the main character is "saved" by gerard. he comes in her life and suddenly everything is okay. that's not always the case. while i have an amazing boyfriend right now, he's helped me concerning both. however, he can't completely stop everything. he's not able to do that. i was trying to bring these issues to light, but failed as i carried them across wrong. i'm sorry.
4. the smut was absolutely horrible. "just put it in me gerard"

it's an all around badly written story. i have recently gotten back into mcr, and if you guys r e a l l y want me to, i will write something else for you guys, because that story got, from what i remember, 12k reads. i could be wrong, idk skwkehheje. thank you guys for reading my shitty story, i appreciate and love you all. and thank you for the support concerning my self harm and abuse. it helped me a lot, it truly did. i love you guys 🖤
i thought i might as well write this because i was asked about it on here (100 messages...) . i might post some unfinished stories, just to give you guys an insight on what i was writing about, if you're interested. i have a taeyong fic that i did like, 1-2 years ago, and it's written pretty nicely i think.
i mean, if you guys, REALLY want me to, i will reupload the gerard fic. for the meme, and the culture. see it as a bad example of a story, and how NOT to write a fanfic. if any of you are still even active, comment down below if you want me to or not.
