Replay: Damien said," Ha-ha, you got hurt!". "Why you little...!" I said as I jumped up. "I don't think so little missy you have to sit down and wait until the gash stops bleeding." My mom said with an angry look. She pulled me back to the couch. When suddenly someone barges in with a black baseball cap and a grayish/ whitish jacket.
Chapter 3:
It turned out to be our next door neighbor Jimmie, carrying a ... Stapler. What kind of neighbor barges in with a stapler? I looked at him with a weird, "What the heck?" kind of look. The room filled with silence. Suddenly my mom asked," Hello?". Gammit, she broke the silence. "Sorry I didn't bother to knock." He said. "Oh well that's OK for this one time, but next time can you knock?" my dad asked. "Sure thing!" he said with a smile. My mom told my brother to go upstairs and let the adults talk. "But Mariana is not an adult!" Damien said. "Ok then Mariana go up stairs with Damien." My mom said. "Im not going up stairs with that little devil!" I said in a deep voice. My mom yelled," GO!". I just sat there until she yelled at me again. Damien headed up stairs and I was right there behind him. I heard my mom talk to Jimmie about the yard. I looked at Damien," Why would she be talking to him about the yard".
