.I know it's differernt from the " Hunger Games" but I wanted to have it go may. lt starts when Thresh is about to kill Clove. Please no hate. It's just what I think what should happened.
" Cato! CATO!" Clove screams as Thresh pushed her up against the cornucopia and grabbed a rock, about to bang it across her face. "CATO! CATO!" Cato ran into the clearing and flinged the sword into Thresh's back. Once Thresh fell lifeless snd his cannon went off, Cato went to her.
"Clove! Clove, are you okay?"
Clove gives a shakey nod,"Y-Yeah."
"We have to go, Clove," Cato pants
"why?"
"Because I'm gonna make you win." Cato pulled her up and throws her arm around his neck as he bends down to her height,
"We're gonna win"
"Yeah, sure.. Clove who is still alive?"
"Umm .. you and I , Foxface, Katniss and Peeta"
"Okay Foxface is a easy target so she is our frist kill"
Clove and Cato scavenge for the easy kill, Foxface. Which wasn't hard since she was freezing her ass off and had started a fire. Cato placed a finger on his lip and crept behind Foxface and plunge his sword into the neck of the girl. The cannon went off for her death.
"Come on, we need to kill the two lovebirds so you can go home." Cato was skeptical about the two tributes going home.
"First of all, we are going home and I was trying to kill the Girl on Fire and how are we supposed to know where they are?"
"Well, they have been hanging out by the cave since Peeta's leg is jabbed by my sword. "
Clove nodded and followed Cato while he walks in the path where the cave was at. Suddenly, Cato spun around,
"stay here, if you dont hear two canons run okay?"
"But.."
"But, nothing run okay?" Clove nodded and waited.
Cato went in the cave, Clove could hear the sword going deep in their hearts, it took at least two minutes but he camed back . He hugged her tightly and whispered "we won!" There was announcement , but not for a winners.It was revoking the new rules, like Cato had suspected.
"Have a nice game," the voice mocked,
"C-Cato? What are we going to do?" she asked weirdly.
Just when Clove looked up at Cato, he had his sword along her neck. She swallows deeply and took her knife out, feeling betrayed. They both lunged at each other before everything went black.
