Fan Jutsu 1: Ondogan

The Ondogan is the kekkei genkai of my OC clan, the Homura clan. It can see in almost all directions, like the Byakugan, only with a fairly bigger blind spot. It can also sense temperatures and manipulate them. When activated, the pupil becomes a slit or diamond shape, similar to a snake eye, with lines stretching out from it to the edge of the iris. The eye turns either a yellowish green or a blue color when using the Ondogan. In order to activate it for the first time, you have to experience true love, whether it be romantic or like a mother or siblings' love. The Ondogan has two main phases: Ondogan Phase One and Ondogan Shinigami Phase, which allows you to make an object burst into flames or explode into icy spikes by only looking at it.
