Chapter 9

Baileys POV

I walked back to the tower with Clint and a huge smile on my face. "I guess you like performing huh?" He says. "Yeah, I do! But I like doing exciting stuff like fighting and missions more!" He looks at me weirdly. "Okay....." We got back to the Avengers tower and got confronted by Thor. "Who is this young maiden and why are the Avengers sleeping on the floor?" He boomed. "I'm Bailey Black, a witch, animagus, and metamorphosis. The Avengers are sleeping cause they saw a ghost," I say to Thor. He nods. "Thank you, young maiden, Now I have to go to Greek goddess Thefifthmarauder's birthday tomorrow!"

He flies off and we continue our way up. The elevator doors open and we climb inside. "Soooo, wanna play 20 questions?" He says. "Sure, I'll go first. Favourite avenger apart from mum," I say. He groans. "That is a tough one, ummmm, probably Steve."

10 minutes later

I walk to my bedroom after getting a growling from the other Avengers and playing 20 questions. I open my door tiredly, not bothering to see who was on my bed. I then look up and scream. No, not him, not the one who I thought loved me but didn't. I run to mum (Natasha) and start having a panic attack. The other Avengers see what was happening and rush towards me. Tony helps me through it as he has had one before. Then He walks in. He gasps. "Nat? Is that you?" He says. Mum looks up in tears. She nods. My eyes widen before I run to my room. I gather my stuff and open a window. I shrink my bag, turn into an owl, and fly out the window with the Avengers calling out after me.

I fly into an alleyway and shift back. I grab my guitar out of my backpack. I then walk into the footpath, place my hat on the ground and start singing. The song I sang was impossible by James Arthur.

In the end, I was crying. A lot of people put money in my hat. Once I packed up, I rushed off. I knew the Avengers were near. I walked off down the street. I was walking across the crossing when a car came flying at me. My eyes widened. I get hit by the car, flying across the street. People rushed towards me. I coughed up blood. Not again. My chest hurt terribly. I heard sirens. Then suddenly, a woosh of a jet landing. I turn my head to the side to only see tony. His eyes widen when he sees the state I was in. He rushes over to me, the Avengers in tow as they were on the jet. I smile. I suddenly felt tired. Tony and the others yelled at me to stay awake. I closed them anyway.
