Chapter Three

We all got into my Audi and set off. Only Megan and Scarlett looked smart, Megan was wearing the white and black dress with stilettos and her hair was placed in a neat plait running down her back. Scarlett was wearing a knee length black shiny skirt with a pink short sleeved top. I on the other hand was wearing my grey track suit bottoms with a plain white t-shirt. Casual.

As soon as we got there I pulled into my set parking spot. I got out and went to the left back door to get Scarlett out. She was jumping up with excitement the whole journey and all we could hear her saying was 'are we there yet' non stop. The moment she got out of the car she ran straight to the door to be greater by Liam.

"Scarlett!!" He shouted whilst opening his arms ready for a hug "you took so long ! We were all waiting for you!"

"Daddy took ages getting ready that's why. it's bit my fault." Scarlett said whilst looking at me and giggling. She turned back to Liam's hug and nuzzled her head in. "I missed you"

"I missed you too" he said chuckling.

Me and Megan went to get all the food we had brought out of the boot. We thought that we might as well bring everyone some lunch as we had arrived quite late. "Louis ma boyyyy." I turned to see Niall walking over. I was going to say something until he said shhh then walked towards our food. I just rolled my eyes and smiled to myself. There is no way I could get the good away from him. I grabbed some of our good bags and walked towards the door, Megan following.

"Oh god. There's Harry." Megan said to herself. I heard her and turned around. "He isn't still flirting is he?" I said laughing. Since I had met Megan , Harry had always flirted with her in a joke way. I don't think she takes it as a joke most the time as she looks at me with such a worried impression. "I haven't seen any of the guys in ages so I wouldn't know." She said shrugging. I made my right hand free by putting the shopping bags in my left hand, I then put my arm around my waist. We walked to the others like this.

"Can I have a solo in your new song?!"

"What new song?"

"Well I thought of one, it will be called 'Scarlett and her uncles and her daddy singing'!"

"Um well I'm not too sure we can do that. But maybe another time?"

"Fine. Can I dance in your music videos then!"

"Scarlett, we don't have any dancers."

"And even of we did you would be too young."

"PLEASE!"

I come into the main room carrying mine and Scarlett's drink to find this. Scarlett , Zayn and Liam arguing. Scarlett was demanding to do something in our group. God she's a handful.

"Scarlett please leave the boys alone. You can't be in our song or dance numbers okay?"

"But daddy..."

"No is no. Now sit down and drink this." I said handing her the apple juice. She loved apple juice, probably had two glasses a day. It was like a drug to her.

"Okay daddy sorry." I took her that she was being a good girl for saying that. I then picked her up and put her on a chair next to Megan.

"Hey guys, where is Harry ? I haven't seen him for the whole morning and I've been here for 3 hours now?"

"He is probably with his new girl, Samantha. Remember the interviewer from last year? Yeh well they started seeing each other about a month ago." Zayn said walking over to me. He then looked at Megan and said "and no bead to worry about him flirting with you, he is saying it's a 'serious' relationship." I looked at him and we both just burst out laughing. serious? Yeh um no. In the past 3 months he has had 6 girlfriends.

"Why are you guys laughing?" We turned to see Harry standing in the door way holding a beer. This guy is crazy. Where did he just come from? I walked over to him and hugged him. "Haven't seen you in ages man." He stated. "Yeh I was on holiday for three weeks remember? I got back like three days ago." Harry took a swing if his bottle and looked me in the eye and said "oh yeh." then walked off. I looked at Megan to see a face full of relief, it didn't last long though as Harry turned and said to her "hey hottie." then walked off laughing. Megan have me a worried look "babe calm he is only messing." I said leaning down and Peking her lips. "Okay, i will be right back , I'm going to go get something from the car." She got up and walked away.

Roughly 5 minutes later our team walked in. "Wooooooo!" me, Liam, zayn, Harry and Niall all shouted together. Then a little voice screamed "OMG LOU PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO MY HAIR I BRUSHED IT THIS MORNING SO YOU CAN DO IT FOR ME!" I turned around to see my daughter charging towards lou, racing past me and the boys. Lou looked terrified so decided to step to the side away from the door they had just entered but at that moment Megan walked through the door and Scarlett ran straight into her. "OW! Scarlett what on earth are you doing!"megan screamed trying to get up. She wasn't able to get up as she had her daughter lying on top of her panting. "Nothing mum. Sorry mum." Scarlett got up straight away and walked off towards Niall. He picked her up then started telling her some Irish stories. She always loved them. I looked over at Megan to see if she was alright , she looked like she had just being pushed through a bush. Her hair was standing up in different areas of her head. It took one look for me to burst out laughing. After I calmed down I saw an angry women stand up and start to leave. "Megan where are you going?" I said, with a slight worry in my voice. "Just leave me." She said whipping a tear away. "Wait seriously stop," I said grabbing her arm and turning her around. Once she was facing me I grabbed her waist and pulled her closer, she tried to push me away but she had no chance against me. "Seriously honey what's wrong?"

"What's wrong ? What's wrong ?!? What's wrong is that I just got tackled and you are standing there laughing at me. I was humiliated enough and you just added to it by laughing and doing nothing to help!" She said starring sharply into my eyes. I looked at her for a few moments to see if she was being serious, fair enough she was. "Baby, I'm sorry. Does that seriously bother you?"

"It's not only that." She said whispering , looking down at her hands. "I feel like none of the boys like me. They seem the ignore me a lot and I feel like a complete outsider. I always just sit at the side watching you and the boys having a laugh together. I don't like it."she whispered everything, not looking into my eyes once ,Just had her head bowed. Why did she haut say that? My boy do like her. A lot. They always tell how lucky I am to have such an amazing wife and are jealous of mine and Megan's relationship. I don't understand how she got this impression. "honey , they do like you a lot. They think your great. Look, we will go back in there and I will stand next to you the whole time, and trust me, they will talk to you. Okay?"

"Okay. Just promise the stay with me, I feel so awkward by myself."

"I promise. Now come on." I kissed her on the check and took her hand leading her into the main room.

Why do girls get so sensitive on such silly things ?
