Y/n's POV

Dabi and me ended up going to my room and fall asleep cuddling. I woke up before him and played with his hair till he slowly opened his eyes. "Morning pretty boy." He smiles and gets on top of me sitting up and I have a great view of his bare chest because he was sleeping shirtless. I put my hands on his waist. "Pretty boy you just keep getting better." I say. "Wanna Male this official lover boy?" He asks me and I put my finger to my chin and pretend to think. He hits my arm away. "Ok yeah I guess we're offical now but just know this wasn't my idea." He nods and kisses me. "Let's have some fun today. We can go get coffee then go to the mall or something." I nod and we get up and get ready once we were done we went to the coffee shop and I saw mic. "Hey mic." I say waving and dabi hides behind me when mic waves back. "What are you doing?" I ask " um I'm not out yet so I hid." Mic walks by me and gives me a weird look then leaves and me and dabi sit down and I order hot chocolate and he orders a black coffee. "If you're not out yet then why are you taking me out on dates?" I ask .

Dabi's POV

Shit I dont know what I'm supposed to say I just didnt want a hero to see me. "Well I have to come out at some point just not yet." He nods and we finish are drinks then head to the mall and I get a text from the boss.

Boss- its been a week do you have anything or at least have you gotten any closer to him?

Dabi- he thinks we're dating now so hopefully soon he'll tell me some information soon.

I put my phone away and we just start looking through the stores not really finding anything special then out of the corner of my eye I see toga. "Shit." He looks at me. "What?" "Oh nothing um I'll just be a second." I say and walk away to toga on the other side of the store. "What the hell are you doing here!?" I whisper yell at her. "I have cravings and I want to look nice so I'm buying new clothes." I roll my eyes "you need to get out of here like now." She pouts and looks down then I see y/n walking over so I push her into the dressing room and go over to y/n. "Hi sorry I had to go to the bathroom." He nods and gets a call and I see it's from all might and he answers it. "Is this an emergency like people are dying the world is ending kind of emergency because I'm with someone and I dont want to leave." I cant really hear what all might is saying but he sighs and hangs up on all might. "Sooo um I gotta go there's danger afoot and they need me but you can go chill at my place till I get back heres the keys." He hands me the keys and leaves. I have a chance to snoop around now I hurry and head to his house and once I'm there I start looking through everything.

Time skip

I ended up finding some old files so I took pictures of them and sent them to the boss then I found his report card from UA and he had all A's and was on honor roll. Then I find a picture with him and this boy with black and red hair. The other boy is kissing y/n's cheek and they're making a heart with their hands. I flip it over to see a love letter.

  Ok y/n I know this is cheesy and we've only been dating for a year but I want to make a deal of a life time. Ok here I go I will propose to you and you'll say yes then we will become the best and most powerful pro heros and we will defeat all the villians and become the best hero team ever heard of... I know cheesy right but I love you so much that I want this to be our future I'll never leave you no matter what.

After I read that I found a newspaper article with the picture of the kid in a casket and he died from a villian attack. I hear the door open and I hurry and throw everything back in the box but he walks in on me trying to put it back he storms over to me. "What the hell made you think you could go through that box!!" He picks me up by the arm and throws me on the bed and grabs the box. "Look I'm sorry I know I was snooping and I probably shouldnt have but I did and.... was that your first love the one that hurt you into not wanting to love again?" He freezes. "Uh... yeah...he was the love of my life... but the villians killed him... so that why I like to slowly torture and poison the villians with my vines so I can get back at every last one of them..." I see a tear fall down his face and I get up and go to walk over to him but he pushes me back with his vines. "From the picture it looked like you two had almost the same quirk I mean he also have vines but around his waist and his eyes were beautiful I mean a full black on and a full white one." He puts the box on his dresser. "Um yeah he was able to manipulate plants and his eyes where like that because he was blind and the person that wrote the letter for him was my old friend..."  he walked and came and sat down next to me on the bed. "I'm really sorry um do you know what villian killed him." I know exactly who killed him and that was toga. "Um well she was a blonde with buns in her hair and a weird big mask with teeth and stuff on it... um I haven't been able to fight her yet so I can avenge him." I nod. "Um you should leave now I dont want you here." I put my hand on his shoulder but he hits it away. "You opened a old wound and I need time to heal again so leave. NOW!" He yells and I get up and leave and text the boss.
