POV Taehyung

"here", I say when I put him down. I gave him an old pair of timberlands I don't wear anymore and luckily he has the same shoe size as me. "Are they comfortable? We might walk for a while", I say. He nods. I smile and grab one of his sweater paws. I give him a red beanie that matches his sweater to hide his ears. "Chim, Yoon hyung, we'll be out for a while", I inform them and I walk out of the house with Jungkook.

"This is the library, I never go there because I don't like reading, unless it's manga of course", I say while walking on the sidewalk, still holding Jungkooks sweater paw. Jungkook nods. "The grocery store is right next to it and a few other shops that mostly sell cloth~hey you okay?", I ask when Jungkook clings onto my arm. He doesn't respond, but keeps walking while looking at his feet. He starts to shake slightly, so I stop him and turn him towards me. A few muscular looking boys walk past us and Jungkook quickly holds me close. "T-they look s-scary", he whispers. "Hey, look at me", I say softly. He looks at me with watery eyes. "You're okay, I won't let anyone hurt you", I insure him. "P-promise?", he asks and he holds up his pinky finger. I wrap my own around his. "I promise Kookie", I smile and I wipe away a lonely tear that rolls over his cheek. "Don't cry okay, I'll always protect you", I say and I pull him into a hug.

When we're done hugging and he is calmed down, we start walking again. He still holds my arm, but clearly more comfortable and his head leans against my shoulder.

"This is the park, not a lot of people come here so it's really quiet", I say as we enter the almost abandoned park. "It's pretty", Jungkook smiles. "I know, come let's sit down there", I suggest and point towards a bench along the water side. He nods and we sit down.

"Hyung", Jungkook says and he pulls my sleeve. "Hmm?" "My ears hurt", he pouts. I quickly look behind us to make sure nobody is here and take his beanie off. He shakes his head and rubs his ears real quick. "Thank you", he says and he gives me a bunny smile. "I don't want you to be hurt", I say and pull him into my lap sideways. He puts his head on my shoulder and together we watch the water of the beak stream in silence.

"It's getting quite late, do you wanna go home?", I ask after a while. "Okay", he says. I carefully put on his beanie again, making sure his ears lay as comfortable as possible. We stand up and I grab his sweater paw again before walking back home.

"Hyung, my legs hurt", Jungkook pouts after a while. "Here, hop on my back", I say and I bend down a little. He giggles and jumps onto my back. I grab his thighs to make sure he doesn't slip and he wraps his arms around me. "Thank you Tata", he smiles into the crook of his neck. I smile at the nickname and continue walking.

"We're back!", I announce when we enter the small house. I carefully put Jungkook down and take of his beanie, freeing his droopy ears. We take of our shoes and walk into the living room, spotting Jimin and Yoongi cuddled up on the couch while watching tv. I sit down besides them and Jungkook places himself into my lap. I smile and wrap my arms around him.

"I'm going to order pizza since I don't want to cook and I wanna keep cuddling with Chimmy, so what do you guys want?", Yoongi asks an hour later. I look at Jungkook and see him sleeping in my arms. "Uhm, for us a large pizza with one side pepperoni and one Hawaii", I say, not sure what Jungkook likes. Yoongi nods and orders the pizzas. Will Jungkook like carrots since he's a bunny? Or is that just a stereotype? Jimin likes fish a lot and he's a cat.

Soon the pizzas arrive and Yoongi stands up, a little grumpy since he had to let Jimin go. He pays for the pizzas and gives me the largest pizza box. "Kookie", I carefully wake him up. He mumbles and opens his eyes. "Food is here", I say. "I didn't know what you like, so I ordered pepperoni and Hawaii pizza", I say. "Pizza?", he asks. I nod. "Have you never had pizza?", he shakes his head. "He always gave us animal food or left overs", he says quietly. "Your last owner?", he nods. "I'm sure you're going to like it", Jimin smiles. I nod and hand him a slice pepperoni. I have to help him a little since it's a big piece and it keeps bending, but eventually he gets the hang of it. "And?", I ask. "It's really nice", Jungkook smiles and he takes another bite. "That one is pepperoni, the other side of the pizza is Hawaii", I say and he nods.

"Should we watch a movie? Nothing interesting is on tv", Yoongi says. "Sure, which one?", I ask. "Horror?", Yoongi suggests. I shake my head. Yoongi likes to watch horror since Jimin will cling onto him the rest of the evening, but i don't know if Jungkook will survive such a movie. "Let's just watch a comedy hyung", I say. He nods and puts on a new movie that just came out.
