Backstory: Not long ago she had fallen heavily for a man and put her trust in him, but that turned out to be the wrong choice and not too long into their relationship she had found him cheating on her with another woman. She was furious and she immediately broke up with him and mostly shut herself off from relationships worried she would be taken advantage of once again.
