I stayed in my room most of the morning studying then I went to go get some food. As I pulled up to the Cafe I saw someone who looked so familiar I could help but stare.

When I walked into the restaurant someone called my name "JOEL!!" I turned around to see a girl with really pink hair. Tessa.

"Hey I didn't see you today I thought you were still at the house." "Oh no" I state " I left early this morning". I grab my coffee and sit down with Tessa as we talk about really nothing.

I wondered where she went because she definitely wasn't in our dorm when I got back. Did she really get up earlier than me?

"Did you stay at the house this morning and then come here?" I asked. "Oh um yeah Jordan, this guy, gave me a ride."

"Wait you know Jordan?" "Yeah!?" She replies looking confused. Oh, maybe they were together and I hadn't realized it.

"So...how long have you been going out with him?" I asked. Tessa burst out laughing. "W-what no we aren't a thing I've known home since freshman year he was my tutor."

I am such and idiot I thought to myself. How could I think she was fainting him when all he did was take her to a coffee house.

"Wait are you like interested in him or something" she said whipping me out of my thoughts. "Oh um no I was just wondering we met last night" I explained.

Me and Tessa talked for a while after that before I said bye and left to our dorm. I slept really good that night thinking about what college life will be like.

The next morning I got up got dressed and left the dorm.
