We hung out at RoadTrip's place for a while before deciding it was getting dark so me and Harvey headed home.
We drove in silence but the roads were quite quiet yet dark but we got home quickly and easily.

As we pulled up, Harvey grabbed his keys and his backpack and walked inside the house, not saying a word to me. I followed right after him, hanging up my coat and heading into the kitchen.

"I'm going to bed Soph, it's been a long day, see you in the morning love." He smiled and kissed my forehead before heading upstairs.

"Goodnight Harv" I sighed, smiling weakly at the floor.

I grabbed a glass and poured myself a water. Taking a sip all I could think about was Rye...
His deep brown eyes, his blonde and brown curly hair.. his everything. This wasn't good, I shouldn't be thinking this; but I was. I was thinking all of it.
3 years together with Harvey, only a few days married. He'd be heartbroken... He'd probably even make a song about it.

I sighed, picking up the trash bag and heading towards the front door. I unlocked it slowly and walked outside. I dumped the trash in the bin outside and heard a tiny squeak from inside. I shrugged it off, probably just a rat.

As I turned around I suddenly felt two warm hands hold my waist. I immediately looked up at the dark figure.

"R--" before I could finish he pressed his soft warm lips against mine, I kissed back. It was magical.

The moonlight shone on us as we stood their, kissing, right outside mine and Harvey's house.
It felt like we were there for hours.

Suddenly, the trash can fell over with a thud and another small squeak and he pulled away.

"Rye.." I whispered.

"I know we've only met once... But I think, I'm in love with you Sophia." His eyes lit up but my face dropped.

I stood there, in silence, not knowing what to say.

"Go," I mumbled.

"What..?" He replied.

I shook my head, "You can't be here Ryan, leave." I said as I turned to go inside the house.

With that he left, the figure of the night left.
