Chapter 4

I OWN NOTHING!!

Yuu, Guren, and the others followed Queen Krul down a long hallway. Its walls were pure white, no decorations on them at all. The floor was pitch black. They stopped at a brown door. Krull opened it and it led to another hallway, this time with 4 doors in it. "Pick a room and it is yours," The queen said,"One is occupied already. I suggest that you help them with their problems." She handed Kimizuki 3 room keys and then left, closing the door behind her. Yuu and Mika shared a room, Guren and Shinya had a room, and Kimizuki and Yoichi had one too. The last room in the hallway was slightly open. Yuu and Kimizuki, after Mika and Yoichi were asleep in their beds, went to look inside. They saw Lacus and Rene, on their own beds. They looked very pale and extremely weak, unable to move. Yuu and Kimizuki raced inside, Yuu going over to Lacus and Kimizuki going over to Rene. There were 6 blood packets on a table across the room from them. Guren came in, saw the situation, and gave one packet to Yuu and another to Kimizuki. Lacus and Rene were very blood deprived for some strange reason. Once they had finished their packets, they tried to go to sleep. Lacus was unable to sleep though, Yuu continuing to gently hold him in his arms. Ferid came in and told them that they were undergoing punishment for trying to desert the vampires together. Guren went and stayed with Shinya and Kimizuki took over for Yuu so he could stay with Mika. Kimizuki managed to carry Lacus over to Rene's bed and he settled them in together, making sure they had blood on the small table next to them. He left and turned the lights out for them before quietly shutting the door, going back to Yoichi. Lacus, having more strength now, managed to snuggle up closer to Rene, bury his head in his chest, and fall sound asleep, everyone else in their rooms doing the same. After that, it was quiet.
