In my minds eye, my world is lush, beautiful.
No one can bring me down with words or hateful thoughts.
I may only be human, but what I say, is mine.
My words can shape my world.
If I wished for peace, it would be brought.
I am no queen, I am no princess.
I am a common person like so many of you
I am a girl in a world of her own making.
I may be young, I may be reckless.
But, you'll be surprised
I can see. I can feel. I can breathe.
One thing I have learned is from myself.
Trust the people, mean or nice, big or small.
Hold yourself dear, for you are you. No one can change that but you.
My world is for people who need help.
I never help myself. For I, I am not a person of wealth or prosperity.
But of a generous heart, and, extreme grace and kindness.
I have opened my heart to you
You are now welcome in the World I call home
