Somewhere, in the clouds, hidden from all mortal sight, floats a city. When the War broke in the early 2100's, thousands of citizens tried to fly away, but were taken down by the government. Not everybody can reach Nirvana. Only the worthy ones. The rich ones. The elite.

Kim Wonshik finds himself stargazing every night, hoping that one day, he will too reach this utopian city. The dark hair lazily hanging on his forehead would dance sometimes in harmony with the summer breeze.

" Don't worry, we'll get there in no time!" chanted a familiar next to him.

Lee Jaehwan has been by his side ever since he could remember. They were neighbors as kids, roomates once college students, and.. something else, once the world fell into chaos.

The brown haired boy snuggled next to him, as the small fire cracked. They were in the middle of nowhere, miles from the nearest metropolis. They knew the "White Angels" are patrolling every corner of earth they can find, but hopefully they wouldn't find them. Not tonight.

" How come they claim it's Humanity's brightest idea when all they do is kill and hunt those who try to get in? Wonshik, I don't want you to die.."

Jaehwan looked up to meet his lover's eyes. He could feel the warm tears on his face.

" I won't. Cuz I have yo-"

A noise interrupted him before he could say more. He immediately reached for his laser gun, wishing he wouldn't have to use it. A bright white light blinded him for a moment and his heart sank. The "White Angels" were approaching. He silently gestured to Jaehwan to take only his bag and to run. Wonshik then followed, his sight never leaving the Angels.

They ran until they legs couldn't carry them anymore. Luckily, an empty store greeted them and they went inside to hide.

" That was close."

Jaehwan sighed, as he closed the door and blocked it with some chair. He then sat on the floor with his boyfriend, a concerned expression on his face.

" What's wrong, Jae?" Wonshik took his face between his dirty hands.

" We can't run forever. One day, they'll catch us. And I don't want that day to happen. "

" No we can't indeed. But I swear on my life, that no harm will ever be done to you. "

They stayed like that for a moment, before falling asleep to the sound of the other breathing.
