His Story:

Laughing Jack was originally created by a guardian angel, and was initially a colorful jack-in-the-box clown whose personality reflected the personality of his owner. He was sent as a Christmas present to a boy who name was Isaac Grossman in the 1800s.  

Isaac abandoned the toy after being sent to a boarding school. Jack grew monochrome and emotionless as a result of being alone. Meanwhile, Isaac grew to become a cold-hearted serial killer who kidnapped, tortured and murdered several innocent people. Although horrified at first, Laughing Jacks personality soon emulated Isaac's evil personality. One day, the Laughing Jack toy was accidentally released and he appeared to be a taller, darker and demonic version of himself. Resentful of his evil owner, he tortured and killed Isaac with the same weapons Isaac used on his victims.

As time went by, Laughing Jack visited many children, most of them were lonely or neglected, and pretended to be their imaginary friend. But, he would eventually torture and kill them all, with their souls trapped in the nightmarish realm. To make things worse, the same ¨Pop Goes The Weasel¨ plays in the background forever, tormenting them.

One year in the modern era, Laughing Jack visited a lonely 5-year-old boy named James, under the impression as a imaginary friend. James told his mom, but she passed it as a ¨phase¨. One night, his mother had a nightmare , seeings the souls of Laughing Jacks past victims in an abandon fairground.

The next day, Laughing Jack placed James action figures on top of his mothers nightstand, presumably as a way to taunt her. She questioned James but he told her the truth. Later, James received a handful of candy from Jack in the garden. His mother notices this and demans him to tell her how he got it. James tells her the truth, again. But she assumes that one of the next-door neighbors gave it to him.

Eventually, Laughing Jack kills the family dog, Fido, and hung his body in the kitchen by the ceiling light and trashed the rest of the kitchen. He cut the stomach open, took the guts out, and replaced them with candy. The mother witnesses this and takes her son to the neighbors, and calls the police. They dismiss it as a robbery, but the mother refuses their assertions, claiming all the doors were locked and none of the windows were open during the incident. She presumes that whoever did this was already inside her house.

They both return to their home and James mother decided to check on her son through the baby monitor. The mother hears a soft moan and enters James room..where she sees her son, nailed to the wall.  His eyes were gouged out, and his tongue and teeth were removed. She seen Laughing Jack...in his true, terrifying form..who was sadistically cackles at the sign of his ¨work¨.

Having enough, the mother grabbed a knife and attempted to kill Jack but he canished into a black cloud. This distracted the mother, causing her to accidently plunge the knife into her sons beating heart... killing him instantly. The police arrested her and sent her to the Phiropoulos House for the Criminally Insane. She says that being institutionalized isnt that bad, despite knowing that somebody keeps playing ¨Pop Goes The Weasel¨ outside of her room..
