Once but not again

The party is happening. Lots of people are probably going, after all Jace is a very good looking, average height guy with light brown hair and navy blue eyes. Other guys go crazy for his sense of humor and careless attitude. Even though that's considered a bit of a problem for most.

I throw on a plain white shirt and grey leather jacket, ripped blue jeans, and white shoes. I brush my black and brown hair back and add a small amount of gel but not enough to make the softness go away.

When I walk out the bathroom Female stands there with her arms crossed. "Going somewhere?" I nod and reach for my wallet on my dresser. "It's late, you shouldn't be going out. Especially if you coming early in the morning, you'd wake me up."
"I'll stay at my friend's, you don't need to worry." She laughs and shakes her head.

"No, I'm not worried. Just think it's a bit irresponsible going out at this time. I mean classes just started." Thats when I laugh, "I've noticed. Look I'll be fine and you won't bother you while you sleep." I open the door and step out. "Wait!" I stop midway and turn to look at her.

"It-it's fine if you wake me up. This is your dorm too anyway." I lean against the doorframe and smile. "It's okay I wouldn't want to interrupt your beauty sleep." I say. "You wouldn't." She shrugs.

I turn back around and close the door. Seconds later she opens the door and yells wait once again. I turn back around and give her a impatient smile. "Would you like to come?" I ask. She nods and runs back to the dorm.

Jace:Dude hurry up
Me:I know I know just wait I invited female...
Me:Don't be mad she looked bored hehe
Jace:Whatever I won't be no babysitter

Minutes later Female comes out with a black long sleeve shirt, black belt, very short shorts, and lavender long boots that reach her knees. She curled her hair a bit and...she put a choker on. Something about her fierce golden eyes moves me in a way.

"Ready?" I ask but she just walks past me and to the elevator.

In Jace's Tesla he got for graduating high school, I slide in the car first so Female doesn't have to sit next to one of Jace's friends and be uncomfortable.

She doesn't seem to notice my gesture and goes on her phone the whole two hour ride to Blue Ridge Lake Town but so do I.

Once we arrive Jace jumps out the cars and helps a few other guys with beers and beverages.
Like I expected the cabin is packed with people. Males and Females all together but separated.

I stay close to Female the whole time. Afraid she'd get picked on by people. "Listen I know you don't know anyone here so I'll just keep you company." She doesn't seem to care and just nods. A few minutes later she replies, "Go wit your friends, Ill stay here."

Don't need to tell me twice. I walk to Jace, Dom, and Eric. The guy that I sat next to on the way here. "Having fun?" Jace asks. "Yeah I guess. Female is kinda out of it today."

"I don't even know why she agreed to come she's just sitting in that corner. Making my party look fucking boring." He says with a wry look on his face. He shakes of that feeling and takes a sip of his drink.

"Hey Brandon, come here baby!" Jace waves towards him. Brandon walks towards us with a smirk on his face. God he's handsome. "Hey." He winks at me. I swallowed hard and look at Jace who left with Eric leaving Dom by himself.

"Wanna me to get you something?" Brendon asks and I nod. "A beer is fine." He grins with his oh so perfect white teeth and goes to get the drinks.

I sit down on the couch and wait for Brandon. I look around and find Female talking to other women.
