Poem #2: Every Single Time (3.30.19)
Every kiss does not begin with Kay
because if it did we would be together
Every love story does not have a good ending
because if it did we would be together
Every time you ask her out, she doesn't always say yes
because if it did we would be together
Every time the doctor signs a prescription it doesn't always work
because if it did we would be together
Every time that I say, "I love you," and she doesn't have to say it back
because if she said it back, I would be happier
I love her.
