Third Eye-
Fusako covers her third eye with bangs. It's basically a very big eye with no eyelashes, except the "eye whites" are red and everything else is black.
If she pushes her hair back, anyone who looks at her third eye for more than 4 seconds will be hypnotised.
Quirk Drawbacks:
With every person who is hypnotised, her vision gets fuzzier and fuzzier. Her vision is fine the the next day.
If she uses her quirk on more than 20 people, her vision goes black for an hour.
