Why yes?:because if i called a girl thats not a dyke a dyke she would probably be offended.And if i called her a heffer well you know.
Why No?:if i were to go to South America or idk maybe India and call or say dyke or heffer they'll probably be like what huh.So thats why words do and don't have power.
