CHAPTER NINE | Sudden Visitor |

Oh sh*t, it's been MONTHS -- and here I AM, JUST SENDING YOU ANOTHER SHORT CHAPTER OF THIS FANFICTION !  I'M NOT PROUD OF MYSELF -- there will be another chapter after this, I'm currently working on that now.

I woke up to Levi shaking me gently.

"Oi, brat wake up."

I groaned and slowly got up, scanning my surroundings.

"L-Levi...? What's the time?" I asked groggily. I'm still tired, especially in the morning. I'm more like a night person to be exact.

"It's almost seven in the morning. Your work starts at eight right? You better get prepared for work, now stop looking like an idiot and get your lazy ass out of this bed."

Levi is already dressed, he'll probably be leaving right after I come out of the shower.

I obey and lazily made my way to the bathroom. Now, time to start my morning routine...

(666 Days Later – Just kidding)

I walked into the building, my heels clicking on the smooth and shiny floor. I would then go inside an elevator, go up to floor six, make my way to my office, unlock it and close it behind me and begin my work...

My job right... I actually have no idea what my job is. I'll receive random Wee-mails from my boss about wedding suggestions for happy couples and I would have to come up with ideas and send it to him. To be honest, I'm smart when it comes to imagination, but it's not that easy to come up with ideas.

As soon as I open up my computer and opened up my Wee-mail, I immediately received ten Wee-mails from my boss. Today is going to be an exhausting day isn't it...?

Lunch time finally arrived and my boss allowed me to take a thirty minute break. I put my computer on sleep and stuck a note onto the computer screen saying with writing that said, 'On Break'.

I stood up, pushed my office chair in and walked out of the office.

I walked out of the building and got in my car. I decide to go to the café where Petra works in for lunch. The café's food in there is awesome so I would always go there every single day and every single break.

I parked my car and walked into the café as usual.

"Hey (Y/N)! The same sandwich with white coffee as usual?" I giggled and nod.

"Alright, you'll be served with your order shortly."

I normally sat in the same spot and waited for my order. The bell rang once again, but I didn't bother looking to whoever came in. Probably just another customer.

"Welcome! You must be a new customer?" I heard Petra ask.

"Of course? How do you know?" the familiar voice... (G/N)?

My eyes widened and I looked to see Petra talking to... (G/N) herself.

"Well then welcome! Feel free to take your time before you order!"

One of her workers came out with my food and gave it to me. I thanked her and started eating. I hope she doesn't notice me...

"Oh (Y/N)! What a coincidence!" her cheerful voice said. I froze and looked at her, nervously smiling.

"Hey (G/N)."

She immediately hugged me and pulled away, her perfume still the same scent.

"It's been a few days since we last saw each other! Didn't you say on Friday we can see each other? What happened?"

"Well, I saw a friend of mine I haven't seen in such a long time. So I decided to hang out with them first, but ended up falling asleep at their place so... uh, I slept over at their place? I'm sorry I broke our promise," I rubbed the back of my neck.

"It's alright, you sleepyhead!" she giggled. She sat the opposite side of me and her order came. She thanked him before turning to face me again.

"So who is this 'friend' of yours?" she asked. I stopped chewing and looked up.

I placed my hand over my mouth to cover it.

"You don't know him, but his name is Jean."

"What does Jean look like?" I was surprised by the question. Why does she want to know what she looks like?

"Well... do you want to meet him?" She nodded in response.

My eyes widened all of a sudden.

"Uh, why do you want to meet him?" she giggled before answering.

"Would you abandon me just for another friend girl? You have to introduce me to your other friends!"

Well true... I'm now spending more time with the others apart from (G/N)... She was with Levi in that moment... They did something I thought they wouldn't do... She broke my heart, but so did Levi.

"W-well... I'll introduce you to Jean-"

"Hooray! Sure thing!" she finished her last bite before grabbing her cup.

"Well I better get going back to work," she stood up and made her way towards the exit. She raised her free hand and waved as I waved back. After she left the café, Petra immediately came to my side with a concerned look.

"(Y/N) that was (G/N) wasn't it?" I nodded.

She clenched her fists tightly.

"I see now..."

I held her hands gently.

"It's alright... You don't have to worry about-"

"About what? Her? (G/N) herself? Just look at her being all cheerful when she just stole Levi away from you!" she narrowed her eyes.

"Petra please! Not here..." I whispered. Her eyes softened.

"I-I'm sorry..." I let go of her hands.

"N-No I'm sorry... Y-you better go back to work (Y/N)." I nodded and stood up.

I then grab my cup of unfinished coffee and walked out of the café. I got into my car, started the engine and drove back to the building.

And then as usual, I use the elevator, go up to floor six and into my office after walking left out of the elevator just two doors away... Now let's continue doing work...

The day ended with a huge amount of work as usual, I got in the car and drove back home. What suddenly surprised me is (G/N) was waiting at the front door of the house and once she saw my car she immediately began waving. I parked my car and got out. I locked the car and made my way towards her with a fake smile on my face. To be honest, I'm actually surprised to see her here all of a sudden.

"Hey (G/N), you suddenly came here. Anything you need?" I asked. She nodded.

"Has Levi finished his work?" that made my heart ache.

"I-I don't know, I'll try calling him." I pulled my phone out and dialed his number.

Not so long after-

"(Y/N) hurry and make this quick!" Looks like he hasn't finished work...

"Uh Levi, you done with your work yet? (G/N) wants to see you-"

"I'll call her later, just tell her I'm not done yet." I nodded before ending the call.

"H-He'll call you later... he's not finished." I said and frowned.

"Huh? What's with the frown?" She asked confusingly. I replaced it with a smile.

"N-Nothing, now let's go in-"

"Ah, actually I could visit him another time! I really need to go and do something," she said.

I offered her a ride to wherever she was going, but she quickly rejected me and said goodbye to me before leaving. I was suddenly confused as to why she was in such a hurry, but it's probably...

To meet Levi at his workplace and then take him into a hotel to have some 'fun' with him...
