The Hidden Secret (COMPLETED)

Chapter 1

      I didn't know what time it was, what day or not even where I was. "Get up princess"! He commanded with so much aggression. Things like this has been happening to people for months now. I don't remember much of that night, all I remember is some guy named Jason or Jayden, offering me drinks at some restaurant. After that, everything blacked out. Actually, he told me his name was Jason but, his friend called him Jayden and another friend was staring saying things I couldn't hear though. 
       "Boss she's perfect". Back in to reality these men threw me on the floor and yelled "Boss she's here". I looked up didn't show fear and I couldn't stop myself from snapping"What do you want from me"? They all laughed at me "What's so funny"? "Darling, we've been looking for someone like you, young, a fighter, outgoing, and stealthy". He paused looked deeply in my eyes "Eyes like those can get a lot of attention, you can help with so much". He looked at me with so much pride. "My eyes have nothing to do with you". "Now, now, darling all of anger doesn't need to come out". "Easy for you to say you're filled with self-pride". I paused and stared at him laughed a little "Yeah, you're the devil himself, sad isn't it, you got nothing". I paused and look at his men. "You have this evil, seems like you think your good, wait for the next death". 
      "Careful of what you say you don't know what I am capable of". I crawled closer to him "Same with me". He clenched his teeth yelled out "TAKE HER TO HER CELL, I do not want to see her until the fights are ready"!
       One day, I will get out of here and never look back. The only reason I have purple eyes because I'm a Raven. I know you're thinking what is a Raven? Well, they are people who have hidden wings and we basically have these special "powers". I'm not proud of showing people who I am because I'll be classified as a witch and some people will kidnap me and use me for the worst. But they don't know me so this will be a good surprise. One day I'm here the second poof where's Annabel.
        Day's passed I haven't left the cell and I refused to eat a any food or water they have gave me. My plan to escape was simple because of my "powers" especially one of my favorites of 5 of them is I can change to any animal I wanted to be which made the escape a lot simple. So, every night I become a wolf and howl to my brother. It's my way of letting him know where I am.    
      That's why I needed my brother knowing him he'd ask our little sister to help since she can turn invisible and she's also tiny so she can steal anything without getting realized. Sadly, I couldn't teleport out of here because I don't know where I am which is why I called for help.
        I heard my brother's howl letting me know he'll be there in a small amount of time and I waited for Isabel to find me and let me out. She's a good thief and she turns invisible so she can't get seen and we rely on her to get the keys. "Annabel, where are you"? "I'm here baby". Right after she unlocked my cell's door, we ran out of there looked for our brother. After we hid changed in to a Raven and we flew in a tree I wanted to see their reaction when I left. It did take them an awhile mainly because there was a schedule feeding as soon as I was about to go, I heard shouting "Go find her we can't risk the others planning on leaving"! We left and made sure we weren't followed.
       So, I guess you should know our "powers" we all could change in to any animals, take over anyone's body, there's an enchantment we've learned once we were babies and this one I'm not proud of but, it's what us Ravens are known most for which is, we can manipulate anyone's mind and speak to them in their mind, causing them to do whatever we please. Meaning we can take their memories away and keep them as long as we want and force them to do anything we want. As our own personal powers, you know mine and Isabel but, Jackson he can control metallic objects. 
         Since we must stay hidden, we don't go out in public until it's dark. But I had to look for someone which is the reason I got found by that Jason, Jaydon guy. I'm going to make sure it doesn't happen again. My hidden secret will never become known and I won't be claimed as a witch, demon, or a creation. These men are going to leave everyone alone. If not, I'll have to fight until every one of them are done messing with all those people. Almost every day I'll go to that place and stay for hours finding out what was going on. 
       "It's been days and Anna didn't leave that tree I don't think she ate anything ever since this morning". "I went out to check on her and she was as a rabbit hopping around stalking at them for what felt like hours". I knew Jackson was watching me but, I didn't want him knowing what they're doing until I found out what was officially going on so, I ran another direction. I hate hiding things from my family. They'll get mad at me and I would have to get food for a whole week! Which means I'd have to hunt pick berries and with money Isabel steals I'd have to get drinks and get annoyed by all these ignorant people. I was so deep in thought that I didn't realize they were walking my way. I tried running away but, they grabbed me. Funny thing is everyone underestimates a rabbit's bite. When I got home Jackson and Isabel searched up Jason and Jayden, we find out that's the same person. Jayden is his "gang" name I found out from days of stalking. Jason is what's in his governmental information.
          "Anna stay away from them". "Bela is right, Anna who knows what they'd do to us". "I can try to join them see how they are. Also, we can probably get enough money for our self and stop hunting and stealing". "Fine just know you're getting the food for two weeks". Jackson mumbled to himself "if they find out you're a raven you'll die by draining your energy". I know he said it because he cares but, we can't live like this I can make sure they don't do this again and I can get money.
       Although I need a body. I went out looking made myself in to a lost dirty puppy and waited. Some people fed me, and others were scared. One lady stood out good body, looks athletic, and she has nice luxury curly hair. I ran to her jumped on her leg and as soon as I looked in her eyes, I controlled her to follow me so I can take over her body. After I took over her body and I took her memories and name so no one can know that it's not me in her. Best part is this "Alanis" girl is already part of this "gang". Later I might explain to this girl about me. Hopefully I won't have to keep her at my house because I don't know how to keep someone quiet and fed. "Annabel, can I go with you they don't know how I look like".
        "Jackson the only problem is I need to get Alanis used to who we are before we add you, I don't want to scare her she has to get used to me before I start showing you and Isabel. "Fine but, I'll be a dog so I can stay with you". "Is there a way you'll not try and stalk me"? "Nope, Isabel will be in the other room, as long she doesn't use her powers, she'll be fine". I just walked away, and I talked to Alanis, I want her to be calm about this because I need to stop them. 
       Hello"? "Hi Alanis, right"? "Y-yes". "I'm Annabel, and I wanted to know if you are aware of this, you're boss kidnapping for whatever"? "Yes, he does it because he needs more workers and he doesn't want to randomly go to people and ask if they want to join". "Well, he can't keep doing that if people know about him, they'll ask to join, I had to keep calm and leave, and for serious reasonings you'll be the first person to know but, I'm a raven to remind me of my anger". Surprisingly, she was calm. "Okay, and, you're the Raven, as in you have 5,000,000 powers". "No, we only have 5 all Ravens have the 4 powers and 1 unique". That's cool, if you want, I can take you and have them recruit you". Of course, Jackson changes back to his original form and told Alanis to do the same for him, she was startled and after calmed herself and agreed. She did warn us about how ruthless he was and that won't be a problem.
        She also agreed to keep our secret until we are ready, I don't know why I trust her so much, it's like those people that you feel drawn to because of how much both of you are alike. Really every time Alanis and I went out and she told me about the people there, we always and I mean always end up getting off topic and laugh forever.
        Something felt off when we got to the house, Alanis she was ready to help me, when we looked around Jason was standing staring at me. "Look who it is, we've been looking for you". "Funny, I know what you're up to and I would join you, but my brother has to join, and you can't invade our personal time, do not partner me with anyone I don't like, and if I fight any other member do not stop me because I don't fight without a reason, finally don't test me because I don't tolerate anything". "Fight me then, if you put up a fight, I'll let you in if not I won't". "What about my brother"? "Alanis call him off of her phone or yours". Jason and I started fighting, I've realized he aims for the nose, with the right amount of pressure the bone can go to your skull.
       "Anna you're stupid"! Jackson had to yell that, Jason almost got me so, I kicked his legs made him fall and pinned him down. Jackson was next and honestly it, was boring, Jason lost and we both are in, but the tasks were the dumbest thing I've ever had to do. I wanted to fight, sadly I can't because "I'm not ready for that" but, I beat their boss, what are they scared for a little competition? 
       "Annabel"! "Yes boss". I hate saying boss I hate when people think they have saying in my actions. "Does you and your brother have a little sibling because we need more little ones as thieves". "I have a little sister, she can do that for you only if, my brother and I join you in fights and everything more advance than what we do now". "Bring her first thing in the morning I want to test her out and I'm on to you I know your people are hiding something". I just walked away and went home. 
       When I told Isabel the good news for her. I don't know why she loves stealing, I think she got that from our mom, I got my passion for fighting from my dad, Jackson got something from both loving to blow things up, but all of us got their skills. They died trying to protect us by hiding us from everyone, Isabel was 6, I was 10 and Jackson was 14, they taught us to hunt as soon as we could walk, and we knew how to use our powers when we opened our eyes. My mom always sang to us, one of them was a spell that only one family tree can perform, once a woman gets married her and husband talks about which song, they want that's the only way a Raven can complete their wedding.
       The spell being practiced might cause fires hurricanes tsunamis or my personal favorite earthquakes depending on the elemental area. We're water which is the second strongest, if mom didn't argue enough with dad then we'd be the strongest element hurricanes but, I can't complain honestly, they were there for us and helped with the specialty of what we gained. Who would've thought missing for 5 years but still are my savior for my whole life, their presence is gone, but memory will never be lost? Jackson still sensitive but I use them a reason for shielding myself and not letting close who I know will betray me? Every moment with your parents there's a lesson, my parents last lesson for me was never let anyone see you down, keep your head up, the closest will always be you.
        "Anna are you thinking about them"? "Yeah, Isabel is lucky she can't remember, if she did, she'd been doing more stealing than before". Jackson cut me off laughing "Remember how when Isabel's 1st birthday, she found moms wallet and hid it for a week". "That's when we found out she's a mommy's girl, just like you Jackie". That's my biggest tease for Jackson, but he calls me- "Daddy's girl". I try not to but right after, we fight, and little Isabel jumps in for fun and steals something and runs off. Easy part is I know all her hiding spots because she told me when the doctor drugged her, since she likes kicking people's throats, she has her mom's moments. Breaking from my concentration I heard the song Isabel is still learning it and, in the woods, she sings it to memorize it:
