Annoying orange

New Kid

"Ok class first things first," the teacher started. "We have a math qui-" "HEY! HIIIIII!!! HEYYYY!!!!" Orange came bursting in interrupting their teacher. "Hi im orange!" He said with abit too much confidence.

"Oh yes... orange um please take a seat." "Gladly!" Orange said as he grabbed a chair and walked out the door. The whole class exploded with laughter but as for grapefruit, he was furios. Who was this guy trying to take his popularity!?

The teacher went to retrieve orange as grapefruit locked the class door, "ok listen up everyone" grapefruit yelled. Then told the class many false and horrible rumors about orange. Grapefruit knew he was lying but needed (more liked wanted) all the popularity.

All the students started whispering and gasping. The teacher came back to the room, unlocking the door and ordered orange to sit.

At lunch orange sat by himself, he hadn't had the time to make any friends. All of a sudden a group of people came up, "Hi are you going to sit with me for lunch?!" Orange asked excitedly.

"You wish" grapefruit said with a smirk, right behind was a watermelon and a regular melon. The melons and grapefruit started to make fun of orange, but this didn't bother orange much. He just said back, "Ugly? Speak for yourself, whens the last time you've looked in the mirror. Oh wait that cant happen because everytime you look in it the glass shatters." Orange said laughing

"Get a life" grapefruit said "more like get a wife" orange said back. "That will never happen to you orange, your too puny and stupid. No one will ever like you!" Grapefruit said as the melons giggled. Then walked away. 

They weren't right, orange was going to get a wife. Someday at least. But he will get passion fruit to love him but how!? It will be hard knowing Grapefruit is already dating her...
