"MOM STOP!" I shriek as she drives uncontrollably. She slurs her words and begins too laugh. "Mommy, why are you like this" my six year old brother asks.

"Harrison it will be okay just keep your seatbelt on." I murmur. "But mommy's acting silly Autumn." He replies as he looks at me with sobbing eyes "I don't like it-"

and that's when I knew my life would never be the same. She smashed the car into another vehicle, the white air bag blew up in her face as I watched Harrison's face light up in horror. "Mommy..?" Harrison said. "Are you okay?" His lower bottom lip started trembling as I removed him from the car, " Autumn, are you hurt too? Why is mommy not moving? What's happening?" The questions started pouring from his mouth as I stared at the window that was now smashed to pieces on the road.

"It'll be fine Harrison, I promise."
