Eren x reader A night to remember

It's Friday and you're laying in bed inside your room feeling tired. Suddenly a loud banging knock descended on your door, this knock made the whole room vibrate, making you fall out of bed. "Ah!" Was the sound that came out of your mouth. Bursting through the door came instructor Shadis.

"Cadet (l/n), what do you think you're doing in here! Get your ass out into the mess hall right now!" He raised his voice at you, examining your tired form, your (h/c) hair was sticking out in random places, and your (e/c) eyes barely showing that glint of light that usually expressed your happy self. You slowly got up from the wooden floor and walked out of the room before Shadis closed the door and followed. As you walked down the long hallways you fixed yourself up by combing your hair out with your fingers, you looked pretty as usual.

After the long walk to the mess hall, you finally arrived and immediately sat next to your crush Eren Jaeger. He smiled at you, that warm smile that gave you butterflies in your stomach, and those green eyes of his, oh how you just wanted to stare at them forever, taking in every bit of their beauty, of course you wouldn't because that would be awkward.

"Alright maggots pay attention and listen! Potato girl and Connie Springer gave me a great idea. Since you all are going to graduate soon, I think it would be alright to host a dance. This is optional, you don't have to go if you don't want to, you can just stay locked up in your room and be the weakling maggot you are!" Shadis announced, he stood in front of everybody who was sitting down. "That is all!" Says Shadis before leaving the mess hall. You turn to talk to Eren but find him staring at you. The both of you blushed red and looked away in opposite directions. "Say.. Eren?"

"Hm?"

"Are you planning on going with a-anyone to the dance?"

"Y-yeah, what about you?"

"I dunno.."

The words that came out of Eren's mouth made you disappointed. Here you were, sitting next to your crush, and he tells you that he's planning on going with somebody. Of course you took it the wrong way.

"I should get going, see ya Eren." You smiled sweetly at him before leaving.

You were walking down the hallway to your room, suddenly someone pulled you into their room. "W-what?!" You yelped as you were pulled in. A group of girls surrounded you and immediately you recognized their faces.

"Christa, Ymir, Sasha, Annie, Mikasa, and Mina?! What are you guys doing?" You asked. Christa spoke up with happiness laced in her voice.

"We're gonna pick a dress out for you!"

"H-huh?"

"You and Eren are going to dance the night away!"

"I-I can't dance.."

"Don't worry, we will help you! After all, we are your friends." Christa said smiling. You looked at your friends and saw that they all had a smile, Annie and Mikasa had small little smiles as well.

"Thanks guys!" You said grinning. So you and the girls began getting to work.
