Chapter 2

🍁 ● CHAPTER 2 ● 🍁

TRUE TO GRACE'S words, we went to the room where I'm -- I mean WE are going to stay in. She was really excited to have a roommate, I can see that. And for a room for two, this is one hell of a room.

Starting from the extravagant doors in the huge hallway, which I guess is where the other dorms of the students here stay on. Once I entered the gigantic door, I was greeted by an enormous room that could fit a whole house!

"Welcome to our room roomy!"she squealed excitedly then hugged me tightly, sideways.

The ceilings that has a chandelier with different kinds of diamonds and other precious stones that is glistening in it; The walls that has a design made for their rich kind; the windows are located in the right places where you could see the calmness and beauty of nature; two huge beds that could fit a crowd; the mixture of white, black, gold and blue that adds up to the beauty of this room. I didn't expect all this.

For a mission like this, the organization must've payed a whole lot of money for my tuition here.

'I better not let my superiors down.'

"Do you like it roomy?" Grace asked excitedly.

"Yeah, I like it here." I smiled.

*squeal*"Come on! Let's arrange your things so that we'll have more time later!"with that, she grabbed me along with my things.

While unpacking my stuffs, Grace and I talked about a lot of things about ourselves. I didn't know we have A LOT of common likes and dislikes. I guess I'll have a companion here for awhile.

"There, all done."she put my last clothing in our walk-in closet, faced me then released a smile. Doesn't she get tired of smiling? I mean, I smile from time to time, but this girl is just smiling the whole time!

"You seem excited. By the way, what are we going to do next?"I asked out of curiosity.

"Oh! I can't tell you." *giggles* "it's a surprise."

"Oh-kaayy... . I guess I'll just flop unto bed."with my body facing the bed, I dived in like the bed is a pool filled with water. I sigh in contentment.  The bed here is just so comfy. Plus, my journey here is exhausting. It took me days to get here! Who wouldn't be tired. I felt the bed dipped. I guess it was Grace, maybe like me, she was tired too.

Then unconsciously, I fell asleep.

●FLASHBACK●

~Before arriving in the academy~

IT TOOK ME TWO days to get to the destination the GPS gave me. In that two days I was engulfed by boredom. I spent the last 20 hours on the first day in driving, then 22 hours on the second day, still driving. If you're asking why I didn't stop and it was 22 hours, it's because I was near my destination. I drive fast that's why.

When my gps's light blinked at the end point, I stopped my car and I was greeted with a forest full of trees, which I'm guessing is where I will be heading.

I checked the next instruction and I was right.

I sigh. Good thing that I'm close to nature, or I'll be bored with hiking.

I then grabbed my huge bag and took a hold of it. With my trusty shrinking gun, courtesy by me, I shrink the bag to a small size enough to fit in the sling bag where I will put my shrinking gun and my tiny stuffs. I cooed at how adorable my huge - now tiny bag looks like. Soooo. ..cute.*giggles*

Next was the case that contains my work. Thirdly is the 2nd bag that contains my favorite food.

And lastly, my baby...

My prince...

My trusty hi-tech car shrinks to the right size then I placed it carefully in my bag to avoid scratches or damages.

Now that's all done.  With a smile and a determined spirit! I started walking to the forest in the middle of nowhere. Where I see no trace of civilization.

* 1 hour later...*

I still haven't reached the place my superior sent once I arrived at the road - entrance of this forest.

My tracking device works fine. My compass and map says the same. I even placed some special markings in the tree to make sure I'm not going around in circles.

They were right, the way going there is a tricky one and takes a couple of days too.*sigh* I better keep going.

Then an idea pops into my head. I quickly searched my sling bag then found what I've been looking for.

Yesss!! Finally!

I reversed the shrinking gun then came into view a modern skateboard that I use when my feet is feeling lazy.

I straddle my floating skateboard then attached my tracker to it. My problem is solved. I can just sit here and wait until I arrive.

It's great to have technology by your side, but not too much.

Even with my floating skateboard, I still have a long way to go.

The continuation is on the next chapter. I have to put this scenarios so that you'll know how she got there in the academy and you would know how to get to the academy (Remember: this is only a work of fiction.). But don't worry, this will end only to chapter 3. The other chapters will be in the academy or somewhere else. This part or chapter is just for the structure or process of the story.
