STILES POV,
I put my arm's around Lydia; next thing I know our alarm clock goes off. I hear a baby crying after a few minutes of the crying I hear Lydia say"I wish I could just sleep in tell six o clock."
"Go back to sleep I will get her." I reply.
I get out of bed and walk down the hall stopping at the baby blue door at the end of the hallway, I open the door and walk in to the room with bright pink walls. I walk over to the crib in the far left corner and pick up the crying baby, I seat down on the rocking chair that is next to the crib and slowly rock her back to sleep. When she is fast asleep I slowly set her back in to the crib and I walk back to the bedroom and go back to sleep.
I get ten more minutes of sleep. Before I hear Lydia yelling at me to get up for work from the bathroom.
After three minutes the bed starts to move. I slowly open my eyes and see Lydia jumping on the bed. I garb her by the leg and and pull her down on top of me.
"Ha!" she shriek as she falls on top of me I pull her lips down to mine.
I slowly get up out of bed and walk to the bathroom I close the door behind me and walk over to the shower. I turn on the shower and feel the water, I pull off my clothing and throw them in to the laundry bin by the door. I feel the water one more time now its hot I get in to the shower.
When I'm done in the shower I turn it off and push open the shower door and place my feet on the towel that is placed on the floor next to the shower. I reach over to the towel that hangs on the rode I twist my fingers in and tug making it full of and in to my hands. I walk over to the dresser I open up the first drawer and find my black paints I pull them on, I walk over to the closet and find a white button up T-shirt I slip it on. I find my black jacket and pull it on.
I go down stairs to see my beautiful wife making pancakes for the kid's. Her long strawberry blond hair draped over her body perfectly.
"hello beautiful" I say leaning up against the door frame
She turns around in one perfect movement and gives me a bright smile. I push my self up off of the door frame and stride over to her I wrap my arms around her and pull her up against her. I lean in and fit my lips with hers. In between a kiss Three voice cut through "gross!" the voices say I pull away from Lydia and look over standing in the door way is are three beautiful children the oldest Emily, Tommy, and the youngest out of all of them Crystal.
"Well I got to go to work" I say to Lydia and the kids I give Lydia one more kiss and the kids a kiss on the forhead.
I walk out of the kitchen and in to the living then to the door on a small table lays my wallet and keys I grab the both and place them in to my pocket. I turn towards the door and pull it open. I step in to the cold Utah air closing the door behind me I walk towards my red chevy sports car. I walk over to the car and pull open the door and jump in to the car. I drive to the freeway and head to work.
When I pull in to my parking spot at my work I turn of the car and get out. I walk up to the door in the front I search my pockets and find my badge I flip it open reviling my detective badge I hold it up to the cameras in the corner by the doors the door fly open with a beep.
I walk past the offices of my co-workers in tell I get to my office at the end of the hall. I open the door to my office the lights flicker to life lighting up the room when I step in. I close the door behind me I walk over to my desk I pull out the chair and seat down. I reach to the computer and flip it on that is when Carle walks in her long brown curly hair up in a pony tail she has on a white flowy shirt and jeans with a black blazer.
"Hey, Theres a body" she says pushing up her thick black rim glasses so they are on framing her green eyes.
"okay, lets go." I say getting up.
I come to a slow stop before turning off the car and jumping out Carle following me. I show my badge to the officer behind the yellow tape he nodes before lifting up the tape letting me through I lean down and get to the other side of the tape. Laying on the pavement is a body with a white sheet covering it. Standing next to the body is the head chef I walk over to him.
"What happened?" I ask bending down I lift up sheet.
"It looks like a hit and run" he says I drop the sheet and stand up.
"Who found the body?" I ask
"His wife found him by his car at work." he says pointing to a woman with pink hair her skinny arms are wrapped around her tears running down her face a police officer stand next to her try to sooth her.
"Has anyone talk to her?" I ask look back at them
"Yes, all she could tell us is that her husband hade called telling her he was in trouble she rush over her and found him like this." he makes a gestor to his body "then she called us."
"Okay, so what do you want us to do?" I reply.
"Well maybe Carle and you can go see if you can go get the wife to tell you something else."
"Sure." I say walk over to her Carle follow right behind
"Hello." I say in a soft voice she looks up at me "I'm detective Stilnski, can I ask you a few questions?" I ask she shacks her head yes in reply I seat down next to her.
"What happened?" I ask she tells us the same thing she told everyone else .
"Thanks for all her help." I say getting up and walking away.
When we get back to the office we all go to the meetings room and go over what we now a few hours my phone dings I look down Lydia's face pops up on my phone.
"I am sorry I have to take this." I say Chef nodes his head saying its okay I push my self out of chair and walk out in to the hall and then I press the answer button.
"Hi beautiful what do you need?" I ask
"What time will you be home?" she ask
"one or two hour" I say
"Okay, can you pick up Tommy for soccer?" she ask
"Yes I got to go" I say turning off my phone I enter the meeting room and seat back down in my chair.
Two hours later
I get in to the car and go pick up Tommy when he gets in the car
"How was it?" I ask as he buckle up
"We won" he answers
"I'm so sorry that mother and I couldn't make it." I apologize driving to the house.
When we get home Tommy jumps out of the car heads state to the house I turn off the car and get out of the car and follow him in side. Seating on the couch is Emily and Crystal Emily is so glued to her phone and crystal to the TV that they don't even notice that I got home.
"Dinners ready!" Yells Lydia from the kitchen at the moment all the kids jump off of the couch Emily eyes never leaving her phone as she walk to the kitchen and I follow.
Lydia places the roust beef on the dinner table then she seats down I seat down next to her and then start to put the food on my plate.
"Emily, you know the rule no phones at the dinner table" I remember her she clicks off her phone and places it on the table next to her plate.
When we are done eating dinner the kids go get ready for bed we kiss them goodnight before going to bed are self's.
